Great for the bbq, or even camping out. Enjoy. (Requires 10 sticks of wood, with bark peeled off, as cooking implements)

Not your usual baked potatoes over the campfire, but just easy!

    Recipe #67202

This came from a kids cookbook so it's really easy. If you don't want to, you don't even have to wash the casserole pan when this is gone. You can make this an indoor recipe by cooking it at 350F in a casserole dish in the oven for an hour or so.

    Recipe #97418

The delicious sauce really compliments the lamb. I like to serve this with a simple salad made up of halved cherry tomatoes, one or two sliced green onions and feta cheese tossed and drizzled with olive oil.

    Recipe #97256

This recipe raises fresh corn to another level entirely.

The team moms serve these up at softball games and sell lots. Easy and really good.

    Recipe #140301

When I was a child, my mother made orange cake every time we went camping. She would scoop out an orange, fill it with (I think) white jiffy cake mix, wrap it in foil and put it it the campfire to bake. They were wonderful!

    Recipe #147

Super easy campfire treat using readily available ingredients.

    Recipe #168464

From my Family Recipe Box, Mom loves this sandwich! "This sandwich is a 'smashing success'... in more ways than one. It's a great traveler." You must admit, it is pretty amusing. :) From the Family Recipe Box, dated 3/1/85. The sandwich keeps well, chilled, and is good for taking along on picnics and camping trips.

This recipe is super simple, but sounds tasty. Perfect for the summer, I have yet to try it but will soon.
