I've been on a lemon and lime kick lately and these cupcakes are DELICIOUS! Let your inner artist shine. Cupcakes are a fun way to experiment with piping frosting and trying out new decorating ideas. If you mess up, just eat it! Found on countryhome.com

    Recipe #360590

A little twist on the standard carrot cake. I hope you enjoy the flavors. I am adding a separate recipe for the optional Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting too. Recipe #339100

    Recipe #339024

This will go well with my posted recipe for Coffee Carrot Cake or one of your favorite cakes. A pretty frosting that has a creamy texture.

    Recipe #42064

From the Betty Crocker website. I LOVE these cupcakes. A nice grown-up taste and very simple to make using a cake mix. I like 'Zaar "Recipe #19353" for the vanilla frosting but you can use your own or pre-purchased frosting.

    Recipe #291089

No one will ever guess this is low-fat ---this will frost the top of a 13 x 9-inch cake.

I JUST love these little spider cakes, when I make them, their faces make me laugh - well, I am easily pleased! Furthermore, they are VERY tasty - they have a much better flavour than NORMAL spiders I find, their legs are a little too chewy! The cake mixture is a double chocolate cake mixture - with cocoa and chocolate pieces, topped off with a chocolate butter cream. The decorations are made using Liquorice Allsorts and liquorice strings/laces or Catherine wheels as we call them in Great Britain. They are easy to make and can be frozen before you decorate them. I made these for TOTM Cooking School September 2008 - I hope you find the step-by-step photos handy when you come to bake and decorate them. An idea we had for an adult Halloween party - turn the spiders upside down so they have their legs in the air, and scatter wine corks amongst them on a plate........only joking! :-) If you fancy some wise companions for these spooky spiders, try these: Recipe #326716.

    delicious and beautiful too!

    Recipe #51101

This recipe goes back over 20 years, I like the simplicity of this recipe and for a one bowl cupcake they are pretty darn good, 1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract may be used in place of the vanilla, using butter in place of shortening will alter the texture it is best to only use shortening --- if you don't have paper liners grease the tins generously or see my recipe#78579

    Recipe #89751

This is from "The Cake Mix Doctor" By Ann Byrn. Just a nice, basic white cake made from a cake mix with add-in ingredients. Frost however you want!

    Recipe #126396

    Recipe #285704

This recipe was listed on the www.recipe4living.com website as one of their top 10 Banana Cake recipes. "This elaborately sweet cake is a real treat for anyone who loves Butterfinger candy bars. The different parts can be made ahead of time for your convenience."

    Recipe #327556

This is the frosting recipe that goes with the Fudge Cupcake recipe I uploaded. Will frost 18 cupcakes. You can also use those to frost a cake as well. If you have the time cool the cupcakes and cover them, let them sit for several hours before frosting them...it's makes them even better.

Super easy to make little chocolate brownie muffins with a surprise cheesecake filling, and thanks to a suggestion from our friend Sweetlady, it's smothered with a creamy chocolate frosting and then sprinkled with powdered sugar. For a special someone's quick fix or a group of friends, these are delicious!

My aunt gave this recipe to me. These are wonderful little snacks!

    Recipe #61081

    From the Quaker website

    Recipe #135700

From Bon Appetit...September 2008. From the Buttersweet Bakery in Atlanta.

    Recipe #323872

This is similar to bakery frosting and so much better than any canned! --- for extra fluffy frosting use heavy cream and make certain to beat for at least 3-5 minutes and remember to sift the confectioners sugar before using. For flavor and color you can add 1-2 envelopes 3-grams each, Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Flavor Mix, any flavor desired.

    Recipe #80118

Yea... they are spicy chai cake, with fabulous cinnamon fudge frosting. Use a nice strong black tea, like Assam or Darjeeling. If you can get the spices whole, and grind yourself...sooo much better. If you decorate the tops with a teardrop shape, and add silver or gold dragees--it will look like a gorgeous forehead bindi.

    Recipe #321999

A wonderful way to use up your over ripe bannas. These are like a cross between a muffin and a cupcake. You could serve them for breakfast plain, or add the frosting for a sweet treat. Or if you don't like your cupcakes too sweet, you might consider using a cream cheese frosting instead. This only makes 12 cupcakes and comes together very quickly. From Martha Stewart.
