My MIL makes this cake and I think it is awesome. Looks beautiful and tastes scrumptious.

    Recipe #80602

This is by far one of the best cake recipes. You simply must try it! 8) Very fun, refreshing, wonderful cake for summer! Enjoy!

    Recipe #36015

Adopted from the recipezaar account. Apparently, this is an excellent recipe! I'll be trying it soon!

    Recipe #68358

This is so simple and so good, not just as frosting either!! I am a recently diagnosed diabetic with a gigantic sweet tooth, so I am always looking for goodies. I was sitting around bored and craving something sweet one day and this is what happened. This is pretty low in carbs too-- which is great for diabetics as well as low carb dieters. But beware, it is NOT low in fat!! This recipe makes a bunch, but I am pretty sure it can be reduced by parts. The serving number is a guess-- it depends on what you use this for.

    Recipe #123602

Tastes just like those wedding cake frostings we've all eaten - ultra-creamy and sweet!!! This recipe came from a cake decorating class I took many years ago. It is an excellent frosting for wedding and birthday cakes, and has the perfect consistency to use with a pastry bag/tube for writing or making colored roses, leaves or other decorations. You can make it any flavor you like! frosts a 2-layer cake plus some

    Recipe #59015

This is something I dug out of my recipe book. After making it I will treat this more of a souffle type dish as you have to make sure it doesn't 'fall' during cooking. Do not open the oven until necessary and no running or undue noise whilst baking.

    Recipe #113337

Nobody else in my family loves coconut as much as me. Coconut anything... This cake is so delicious and moist and I can't stay away from it. The cream cheese icing recipe I use to frost it is the same as some posted here.

    Recipe #182377

Simple, easy and very pretty! A very dense, moist, rich cake, packed with lemon flavor!

Tes Leches translates to 3 milks which make this so very moist! I add hazelnut creamer to the 3 milks so I thought I should name it Cuatro Leches. You will not be disappointed. This looks hard but is a very easy cake and well worth it.

    Recipe #117503

Great for a baby shower or a first birthday! This recipe can be made in half just be sure to use a smaller pan or use a shell pan and watch the cooking time. I made for a shower so I wanted a large cake to feed many. You are welcome to use any ice cream flavor. If you like your frosting you may want to make extra. Think ahead of color scheme and where you want to place which colors. You can simply this recipe by just using a box mix according to it's directions and skip the glazes. I used these glazes to enhance the ice cream flavor.

    Recipe #179608

My friend Roz found this recipe in the newspaper and it is just delicious. So easy, too. The original recipe called for whipping cream, whipped.. but she used Cool Whip whipped toopping and it was VERY good.

Not sure where I got this recipe--cut it from a box or can of something. I have been making it for over 15 years and always hear "yummy" from someone when they are eating it!

    Recipe #95743

This cake is so light & moist and has so much flavor. It's really delightful. I got it from a cookbook back in 1985 that was comprised of everybodies favorites. This was my mom's all time favorite cake. You may have trouble finding coconut cream pudding, so you can sub with vanilla pudding.

This cake is locally famous and so good! I always frost it with my Eva Rae's cream cheese frosting recipe #119543.

    Recipe #119544

This cake is heaven on a fork and I only make it for very special occasions! You can bake it as a layer cake or as a sheet cake if you have a large number of people to feed. Frost with Angel Feather icing.

    Recipe #94752

You can use dark vanilla or use almond extract in place of the clear vanilla, add in food colouring if desired to create pastel colours, this makes a lot of icing but you can freeze leftovers it for another time. I like to add in the zest of a whole lemon.

    Recipe #177685

This is similar to bakery frosting and so much better than any canned! --- for extra fluffy frosting use heavy cream and make certain to beat for at least 3-5 minutes and remember to sift the confectioners sugar before using. For flavor and color you can add 1-2 envelopes 3-grams each, Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Flavor Mix, any flavor desired.

    Recipe #80118

Please make certain that the eggs and butter are room temperature, and the milk is slightly warm not hot, this will make an extreme difference to the texture of the cake, please use cake flour and butter only for this recipe! If you prefer a more yellow colour cake you can always add in 1-2 drops of yellow food colouring if desired.

    Recipe #185038

The 'dirt' on this cake is that it's wonderful! Actually, it's the coffee frosting...a 3-layer banana cake filled with banana buttercream and iced with that wickedly dirty frosting...2DIE4!
