This is one of my favorite cakes, it is so moist. The great thing is you can use any kind of cake mix and any knid of pudding to change this one around. It is very versatile.

Instead of making banana bread to use up those ripe bananas, why not try this instead?

    Recipe #16733

This recipe makes a nice bundt cake that almost tastes like a pina coloda. It's light and mild tasting with a surprise glaze. You won't believe how easy it is to make or how many compliments you will receive. Serve with whipping cream on the side. The whipping cream brings out all the lovely flavours in the cake.

I haven't made this, but am having guests this weekend and don't want to lose the recipe! Recipe courtesy Donna's Premiere Lodging.

    Recipe #32018

From a Taste of Home booklet that caught my senses as I waited 45 minutes in line at the supermarket last night....please--I can't discuss the aggravation again...!!! But anyway, this starts out with a cake mix made rich with sour cream and eggs. Layers are created by a delicious swirl of brown sugar-cinnamon goo, and a vanilla icing on top. Can't wait to try this one!

My grandmother gave me this recipe and I was intrigued by the fact that a box of cake mix was part of the ingredients of this recipe. They turned out fabulous! This was so easy to make and the dough turned out tender with a deep rich taste (I was shocked because there are no eggs or oil in this recipe). I wanted to have these for breakfast, so I prepared them the night before and let them sit in the refrigerator over night on the last rise. In the morning I set the pans out for about an hour so they could come to room temperature and then baked them according to directions and they turned out perfectly.

My mom passed this recipe along to me. It is easy to make and has been a big hit at home and at the office. I get frequent requests for the recipe. It is very moist and delicious and makes a good breakfast cake as well as a dessert. Increase nuts by another 1/3 cup if you like nuts!

These are super easy and super quick...oh, and super good!

The ricotta cheese in the mix makes these muffins especially moist.

    Recipe #172778

I got this recipe from a very dear friend, a lady who prepared meals for their farm hands every day. Quick and easy desserts were a necessity. This is also very good with a lemon cake mix.

    Recipe #200042

A quick, easy and inexpensive way to make these traditional favorites.

A pocket of frosting inside chocolate cupcakes makes an indulgent and delicious surprise

    Recipe #200091

A moist chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter filling is one of my family favorites. This is a simple recipe using a cake mix and an easy technique to fill the cupcakes.

These are so much fun to make at Christmas. Simple and very creative way to take 2 round cakes and cut them into eight wedges to resemble Christmas trees. Insert peppermint stick into bottom of each cake for the tree trunk.

    Recipe #199526

A co-worker gave me this recipe. You can use any flavor cake mix and icing you choose. My preference is lemon, but I have used a red velvet mix and tinted almond bark with green coloring for christmas. You must refrigerate cake mix in order to roll into balls. I find it is easier to work with half of cake and leave other half in the freezer while dipping. Have fun experimenting with different flavors.

This sounds delicious. The recipe comes from Chef 2.

Starts with a mix but tastes totally homemade from scratch. Same recipe can be used with other flavor mixes. Great when you need a last minutes dessert.

    Recipe #99866

It is my understanding that there are a variety of recipes masquerading under this name, but this is the one that my friends like most. Overnight chilling not included in preparation time.

    Recipe #3595

I like to get creative with boxed cake mixes. It's more convenient and less time consuming than making cakes from scratch. The mayonnaise in this cake makes it really moist. You cannot tell the mayonnaise is in it. Since mayonnaise is made with eggs and oil, there is no need to add oil to this recipe and it uses less eggs. Instead of the 3 large eggs the directions on the cake mix box calls for, this recipe calls for 2 large eggs.

Angel cake is low in fat and just right as a finale to a feast. Topping the plain cake with berries marinated in liqueur adds zing without adding fat. A recipe from Healthy Eating.
