From thebritishshoppe.com/. The times do not include time to cook the steaks. Posted for ZWT6.

    Recipe #423432

This recipe is a favorite from my ex's Grandmother. Rich, but very, very good!

A delicious side dish featuring broccoli.

    Recipe #282342

I got this from allrecipes.com in a daily email. Sounds good and I love mashed potatoes but not always in the mood for gravy or loading them down with cheese.

    Recipe #395475

A lightened up version of garlic potatoes, this recipe is great when time is in short supply or when you don't want to heat up the kitchen by using the oven. They can be served either hot or at room temperature. Source of recipe: Anne Lindsay's Lighthearted Everyday Cooking.

    Recipe #409228

The original of this recipe was found in the 17 Oct 2009 issue of Family Circle magazine and the combo of three cheeses makes for a very comforting meal!

    Recipe #394564

I use frozen peas for this one because they are always available but when the fresh peas are in season I use them. They make it even more delicious.

I just LOVE tuna! It's so fun to open a can and make a recipe up. This one turned out so flavorful and yummy... just popping with flavors. I also love a versatile recipe. You can enjoy this atop a bed of lettuce, rolled in lettuce leaves, in a wrap, in a sandwich or my favorite as a melt! I spread some of this on some whole grain sourdough and sprinkled some lowfat cheddar on it...stuck it in the broiler for a few minutes and WOW! The tangy sourdough went really well with it. I can also imagine this with pasta added for a cold pasta salad or as a hot tuna casserole...YUM! I think I'll be making it every which way I can think of because the flavor is soooo DELISH! If you prefer a non-creamy salad just cut the mayo and sour cream and you might increase the lime juice and perhaps add a little bit of oil. If you want more heat add a jalapeno or two. Enjoy yourself and make it how you'll like it.

This is a simple recipe I took in the Coup de Pouce.

    Recipe #263874

I searched and finally found this recipe on the internet. It is a copycat of the Bourbon Chicken sold in Chinese carry-outs in my hometown. This recipe is so good that my sons gobble it up leaving me just a spoonful. Their excuse was they thought I had eaten. Editor's Note: Named Bourbon Chicken because it was supposedly created by a Chinese cook who worked in a restaurant on Bourbon Street.

    Recipe #45809

This is a refreshing salad, that may be served alongside a meal, or made a little larger, for a meal in itself! The amount of ingredients is just a suggestion; add the amounts to suit yourself!

    Recipe #359929

I found this recipe at Bahama Breeze's Restaurant site. Posting for the Caribbean region of ZWT.

    Recipe #373001

From a cookbook I sent to my swap partner FloridaNative. Cooking Light Best Chicken Recipes. This sounds so wonderful and I love that it is healthier for all lifestyles.

A secret family recipe! We never measured this when we make it, so the measurements are a guestimate. Alter them to suit your own tastes! Guaranteed to get you rave reviews!

    Recipe #97939

White fish fillets cooked with stock on a bed of chopped vegetables. From the Prudhomme Family Cookbook. Although Paul Prudhomme insists that only fresh fish be used in this recipe, I have had good results using frozen fish. Any white fish can be used. If you don't have seafood stock, substitute chicken or vegetable stock. Serve this over cooked rice.

One from my recipe box - something I clipped from a newspaper.

From Super Food Ideas. This looks to be a simple dish which is packed with flavour. Serve with rice and steamed asian greens.

    Recipe #433727

Quick, easy and very tasty. Unfortunately not my creation ( gosh darn it), this comes from our very famous Paula Deen.

I start this after dinner the night before and forget it so much that when I get up in the morning I wonder what smell so good! I usually do a quick stir about 12-13 hours into it just so anything thats not in the juice gets mixed. Serve it with Mozzarella cheese on crispy rolls for a really good sandwich thats easy.
