Posting for ZWT5. This looks like a good breakfast recipe. I got it from New Zealand Herald website. I think the recipe is by Donna Hay

I was in the mood for an omelet (love omelets!) and also wanted to use up some ingredients that I had on hand. I came up with this yummy omelet that has the delicious flavors of eggs, tomatoes, basil and feta cheese. Measurements are an can use more or less to your liking.

    Recipe #347698

I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds really good.

    Recipe #287044

A great choice for breakfast on the run, but also good with a relaxing cup of coffee.Originally from Weight Watchers, I've tweaked the recipe to suit my taste. 1 cookie = 2 points (If you omit the walnuts, they are 1 point each.)

    Recipe #328869

These disappear as fast as I can make them! :o)

Just thought this up one morning and couldn't find any others like it on the site. Still in the tinkering/perfecting process so any suggestions are welcome :) (Thanks to Maito for some wonderful suggestions already!) Also, note that the type of oats you use will change the consistency of the oatmeal... quick oats will yield a cake-like oatmeal, whereas old fashioned oats will be a little more liquidy

    Recipe #290731

This recipe was prepared for us in a Bed & Breakfast back east. It's simple, no spill-overs from batter and a breeze to clean up.

    Recipe #38433

This is good served with milk and a sprinkle of sweetener of your choice(sugar, brown sugar, or honey). Wonderful on a cold morning.

    Recipe #84082

I was looking forward to trying some pumpkin pancakes the other night, but the only recipe I had was bookmarked on my browser, and the internet was down! So, I decided to just modify a regular pancake recipe to fit my needs. While the result wasn't exactly what I was going for, I thought that it did still work out pretty well. This recipe could still use some work, but I wanted to get it posted so I wouldn't lose it (haha!), and to get any suggestions people may have to improve these.

    Recipe #268579

Quick, easy and healthy. A fun breakfast for summer. For the kids who won't eat granola try lolly sprinkles.

    Recipe #199957

So good on a cold morning! I love gingerbread! Serve with maple syrup, or just a sprinkling of powdered sugar and a squeeze of lemon, or to make it real authentic, lingonberry preserves!
