I found this on allrecipes, and it is one of my favorite all-purpose bread machine recipes. A high-rising loaf with excellent texture, and the taste is very adaptable to whatever flavorings you may choose to add (sweet or savory). Whatever we can't eat while it's hot usually becomes either cinnamon toast or garlic cheese toast the next day. Prep time does not include cooking time for rice. Makes 1 1 1/2 lb loaf.

Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf for your bread machine. Has a nice cheesy flavor with a mild herbal touch.

Yummy Indian naan bread .. Goes great with curries etc .. very easy to make since the bread machine does all the work! Try adding spices, or use whole wheat flour instead of white ..

Got this recipe from my Bulgarian mother-in-law (took notes while she made it, and have made it since). This makes a lot, so feel free to halve it - I often do, but it also freezes really well. It's a day's project, but well worth it - we love the combination of the lemon zest and the rummy raisins in this fresh bread. The braiding is the traditional form, but I have also made this in small loaf pans just to save time, and rolls are yummy too. Be careful not to cook too long - you will lose the wonderful stretchy yeasty moist texture.

Soft egg dinner roll. These are our families favorites for holiday dinners - but we make them for almost any reason. I've even used this recipe for hamburger buns! They end up being rather large or good size rolls! They freeze well too - if you wrap well. Very tasty!!! You'll probably not switch to another after trying this one! (Cook time does not include the time on bread machine dough cycle).
