Garlic goes in almost everything at our house, or at least it seems. My husband always jokes that we'll never have to worry about vampires. So of course, I have a garlic bread recipe. I don't know where I got it, I guess i just made it up.
I love brioche. These can be made ahead and frozen. Bake as instructed, let cool. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil, freeze up to 1 month. Let them thaw, covered at room temp, Reheat in foil at 35F 10-15 minutes. A great thing to have on hand "just in case". And you don't need the individual brioche pans, just regular bread pans.
I have even added grated cheddar cheese in this too, use more or less bacon if desired and use more onion if you so wish to, please use only butter it tastes better --- this is wonderful to serve at the table if you have company over for dinner.
