Easy As Pie 10-Minute No-Rise Thin-Crust Pizza Dough
    Handle

This came from one of the volumes in my e-cookbook collection-- it's meant to yield one 12" pizza but I get about two 8" or 9" individual pizzas with it. You can bake the raw dough with sauce and cheese on it but I prefer to bake ahead and freeze the crusts so I can just thaw it out then put sauce and toppings on. According to the instructions, you can use regular all-purpose flour if you don't have bread flour. (1 3/4 cups AP flour + 5 1/4 teaspoons vital wheat gluten = 1 3/4 cups bread flour)

Not for the faint of heart. This is a rich, robust cake that is easy to prepare and will impress your friends and family. MUCH better than any of the commerically available liquor cakes.

VERY rich, decadent. A dessert worthy of a special occasion. I have been making this for many years, I got the original recipe from a Duncan Hines/Puritan Oil leaflet.

I make this during the holidays. Super easy and nobody even cares that it came out of a box, but of course I don't tell them either. Cooking time does not include cooling time. I'm guessing at the cake package size but I think that is right.

    Pumpkin Spice Pound Cake

This is an easy cake that mixes up in next to no time. Adapted from Lauren Chattman's recipe. I recommend making this recipe in the food processor; the texture does not come out quite right any other way. You can add ground cloves or other spices, or substitute pumpkin pie spice for the spices mentioned.

I can't remember where this recipe came from but I have been making it for years. I just love it. I have also tried baking this in a metal coffee can. Adding walnuts to this is also an option but I usually leave then out. It makes two (large) loaves.

Tired of the traditional pumpkin pie? In my home this delicious alternative is always a hit. It's a moist and a delicious pound cake with the autumn flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Great for Thanksgiving or any other fall or winter holiday gathering. Yummy as is, but for a real treat drizzle cream cheese glaze over the top and serve with a steaming cup of dark roasted coffee or a mug of mulled cidar - It's Heaven in your mouth!

These donuts have an amazing aroma. They're a lot like the donuts you find at cider mills in the fall. My mom sold them at charity fundraisers and they disappeared as quickly as they came out of the deep fryer. We had a donut maker that held the batter, then released it into the deep fryer in a perfect circle when you pressed a plunger.

There's nothing better than homemade doughnuts! I like cake donuts better than yeast donuts. This is how I make my favorite doughnuts for my family on the weekends. Real simple ingredients you already have on hand. The hardest part is letting the dough chill for an hour before frying them. You can make the dough the night before and have them ready to go in the morning, that's what I do ;) either douse them in cinnamon sugar or icing sugar or .....(you get the idea) I use a dough hook on my Stand Mixer which makes this real easy to whip up. NOTE: Prep time does not include chill time.
