The title says it all! Prep time does not include rising time.

    Recipe #60382

This recipe produces two crusty and chewy loaves that are so very good and so much better than store bought.

I have divine childhood memories of Entenmann's pound cake, which my mother rarely buy since she would usually bake her own. I found this recipe on a copycat site, and never ever thought of using powdered sugar before.

    Recipe #52558

This is the best Cinnamon Raisin Bread I've ever had! It really has a great consistency and smells WONDERFUL while baking. I made this for the first time about a year ago and since it makes 3 loaves, I gave one to my neighbor. Now she asks for it constantly and since it is so fun to make, I oblige her, plus I get to keep the other 2 loaves!

    Recipe #98867

I love this healthy bread recipe as it only uses one bowl, so cuts down on clean up. If you like the taste of whole wheat bread use the full 3 cups of whole wheat flour. Be sure to use tepid warm water when dissolving the yeast. If the water is too hot it will kill the yeast. The water should be warm enough to bath a baby in. Enjoy!

    Recipe #85681

This is my secret weapon for getting veggies into a picky toddler (or older child)! Actually, I really like it myself too. It's a breeze to make and freezes well. Usually I double the batch and make two loaves, then slice, bag, and freeze the leftovers. Just pop in the microwave for a few seconds to defrost. Great served with preserves, cream cheese, peanut butter, or other spreads. And did I mention that my kids love this stuff? (By the way, this is excellent finger food for babies, but be sure to substitute 2 egg yolks for the whole egg if your child is under 12 months old and cannot have egg whites, and omit the nuts.)

I've tried bakery and grocery store Soda bread and found it Dry and flavorless. I was watching Cooking live and saw this made with a few different ingredients. I didn't have buttermilk. I used rosemary and parsley for my spices--you can choose your own.

    Recipe #22680

Magically turn ordinary white bread into extraordinary tea crisps. Scrumptious.

    Recipe #42368

I have been looking for a good biscuit recipe for a long time, and I came across this recipe. It is a copy cat recipe for Church's biscuits from cdkitchen.com I tried it out, and it was wonderful! My husband loved them too! You should try it for yourself.

I found this on Diabetic Delights web site. Posting for safe keeping

    Recipe #206833

Wonderful breakfast, brunch, or mid-morning snack. This recipe is very versatile. Any kind of cereal works, and you can substitute dried fruit and/or nuts for part of the cereal. If using a cooked, hot cereal like oatmeal, combine with wet ingredients instead of dry.

    Recipe #209596

A very simple recipe for quick bread that uses my 2 favorite cheeses...It can be used as an accompaniment to a meal OR as a snack with a cup of tea...I like it best if it's warm and buttered

    Recipe #150600

I make these buns on a regular basis they have remained a family-favorite over the years --- if you choose not to brush the tops with any butter another idea is after the second rise before baking mix 1 egg white with 1 tsp cold water and carefully brush the buns with egg wash mixture then sprinkle with sesame seeds :)

    Recipe #118067

Adopted in the Great RecipeZaar Adoption of 2005. Hope to make and update soon.

    Recipe #6667

Easy, quick way, to enjoy Cheese Bread, with waiting for the "Rising" method.I have added chopped walnuts to this, and it is "extra special", then.

    Recipe #51388

These are the best homemade buns for burgers they bake out soft and light and the dough is a pleasure to work with, they also make wonderful sandwich buns too, this will yield between 12-14 buns depending on how big you make them, I sometimes add in 1/2 teaspoon malt powder but it is not necessary --- Canadian residents can use all-purpose flour, U.S. residents use bread flour

This is, hands-down, my favourite dish in my whole life! I can't pin point why, it just is. I used to love watching Mom prepare the dough. She can really work wonders with yeast dough. I eat mine with ketchup on top. This could easily be altered to fit into any ones tastes: Use your favourite sausages, add spices to the meat, add spices to the dough, sprinkle spices on top of the dough... endless opportunities! **Plan ahead, the sausage needs to cool. Chilling time for the sausage is not included.
