    These recipes are all made with the Bread Machine but a little bit of dough handling with your hands makes it even better. Some recipes are mine as well as from other chefs at Zaar.

    I've been making this dough for about 15 years by memory & I just recently came across what I'm pretty sure was the original written recipe. Turns out my memory isn't as good as the dough I've been making is. So now I'm posting my often used & requested recipe before I forget it. I use it for basic dinner rolls, sweet rolls, cinnamon rolls, savory breakfast pinwheels or for my taco ring. I don't usually measure the flour, but the noted amount is within about 1/2 cup more or less. Prep time includes rising time.

    We think this is the best white bread recipe ever! It is a tender bread with a slightly sweet taste. My dinner rolls using this dough are so good, everyone always loves them. It doesn't take to long to make them when the bread maker does most of the work. The cook time is listed for the rolls only because everyone's bread makers cooks at different rates. Mine is older and a regular loaf will take 4 hours and 10 minutes. I have found that 15 balls of dough fit perfectly in the 9X13 pan with sides touching after raising the 2nd time but they can be made whatever size you want. I hope you enjoy this great bread as much as we do.

    A traditional style baguette de Campagne - rustic French bread, which is easy to make and has lots of body - it is NOT like the usual light, supermarket produced baguettes of today. This bread can be started off in a bread machine if you wish. Marianne is the national symbol of France; she personifies Liberty, Reason & the Triumph of the Republic. She appears on stamps, government forms, town halls, law courts and the former French franc coins & banknotes; she even appears on high quality Label Rouge Baguettes and Pain!!     You can make your own wild yeast starter from scratch. The yeast is already on the grains you use in the starter. You just need to create the right conditions to wake them up! The pineapple juice may sound like a strange ingredient, but it is what makes this recipe work so well. The juice creates an acidic environment that prevents bad bacteria from taking over and causing spoilage during the fermentation period.

    This is the second honey-type bread that I have posted. This one is a little sweeter than the other one. It has a little more honey and a tad of brown sugar, too. I guess this one is my favorite. It not only has honey, but oatmeal as well. It is excellent for toast and sandwiches. This recipe makes a large (1 3/4 - 2 lb.) loaf.

    These are the wonderful light dinner rolls! They are served at a great restaurant here.I was able to get the recipe!!! He makes it by hand and I have to use my machine but the result is melt in your mouth dinner rolls as you can see by my photo.After seeing the reviews,I made the recipe again;12 rolls and a bread.I did cut down the water and the oil; it came out perfect

    The initial recipe is in my Zojirushi cookbook.I don't usually bake my bread in the machine. It is summer and I still want to make my own bread without heating up the house.So I tried this and very pleased with the result. White whole wheat flour is new around here. Next time I will try it with regular whole wheat.

    A really easy & delectable loaf of bread from your Bread Making Machine! I use a mix of Farmhouse or Country White flour with Multi-Grain flour. The cheese is Parmesan cheese for a slightly "Cheesy" kick! This recipe is dependant on your Bread Machine - mine is a Russell Hobbs Breadman Ultimate and I use the White - Rapid - 2lb - Medium Crust setting for this bread; that is just a guide, as your bread machine might be bit a different - but that setting has worked for my family & friends! An easy-to-whip-up family loaf which is healthy & very tasty. It is particlarly good toasted the day after. If you don't want to use as much olive oil as I do - it IS good for you however - reduce it by 1 tablespoon; the texture is not as good, but it still works!PLEASE NOTE - I ALWAYS test my recipes at least twice before I post them - and photograph them wherever possible - as you can see from the photo, this bread DID cook right the way through, and, your measuremnts MUST be spot on when making bread in a bread machine!

    Really really good bread right out of you bread machine.Crunchy!!! I have been using the bread machine and baking it in the oven with great success. Try 1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat flour for and even better flavour.
