    I will start to put some order to my cookbook, so people can have a look at it as well. Hope I will manage it. Starting by building one on bread, which I love to bake and eat. Some of these recipes I have already tried and will post a review. I have not been disappointed by any of the ones I have tried.

    This is an excellent Panettone made easier by using your bread machine.It will taste much better if you can find the separate containers of candied peel than if you use the mixed peel made for fruit cake. The oils in mixed peel seems to get old quickly and give a bit of a biter less fresh taste. Here in NY at holiday time the individual candied peel under the Paradise brand are easy to find in most supermarkets.

    This is one of the best flax seed breads I have ever tasted. The texture is really light and very moist. It is just the right sweetness and the sunflower seeds add the little extra taste. I got the recipe while reading up about flax seed on the internet.

    An easy recipe for homemade doughnuts. The original recipe says you will get 2 dozen doughnuts cut from the dough but I have never been able to get more than 1 dozen. I usually just sprinkle hot doughnuts with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar -- we can't wait for a glaze! These are light and airy and delicious.

    I have tried tons of recipes in my quest to duplicate "Auntie Anne's" pretzels. I found this one on the net, and it really tastes VERY similar to the real thing, best one so far.     This lovely golden Savory bread is made using Pumpkin but butternut, sweet potato, or any hard cooked squash can be used. Canned or fresh cooked. It's very lightly flavored with cinnamon and ginger. Receiving it's beautiful golden color from the squash, the saffron and turmeric. You can use saffron and or turmeric.
