Got this from All Recipes.com where it was submitted by Mary. Posted for Zaar World Tour 4.

    Recipe #307889

Based on a recipe from Madge Rosenberg’s delightful cookbook, The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ever – Ethnic Breads. She says, “Light, grainy broa partners chili or a spicy stew or thick soup. Smear a fresh or toasted slice with butter or soft avocado and/or tomato, or ladle a fish stew over toasted broa.” The default measurements are for a small 1 pound loaf; I have placed measurements for a large 1 ½ pound loaf in parentheses. Your bread machine may have a basic bread cycle much quicker than the 4 hour one I reference under the cook time. My photo shows it buttered with honey.

    Recipe #371008

This bread makes wonderful sandwiches. It doesn't crumble when slicing, even when warm. Cooking times are approximate as times vary with different bread machines.

    Recipe #142068

This bread is so delicious and will really make your house smell wonderful as it is baking. I've fooled around with this recipe and have done various things (used olive oil instead of butter, added basil and oregeno) etc, so it is very versitle. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

    Recipe #107933

I've been making this bread for years without measuring, and finally decided to write it down. My most requested bread from my bread-lovin' son. Makes the house smell divine!! You can easily increase the amounts of seasonings to your taste. (NOTE: Many people seem to be needing to add extra water, so I'm adding an adjustment to the recipe.)

    Recipe #155369

I got this from a friend who said it is divine. she said she got the recie from the Cook'n with Bread Machines collection CD. I'm gonna try this soon.

    Recipe #145379

I am not sure where I got this recipe. I found it in my drawer so I gave it a try and it was delicious. DH said I should post it and see what everyone else thought too.

A fragrant, fabulous bread. I serve it with any sort of homemade soup, with an Italian meal slathered in garlic butter, or...my favorite...make a grilled cheese sandwich with this bread!

This is one of my favorite breads for sandwiches, especially grilled cheese and tomato.

    Recipe #55360

This recipe is very easy and very tasty! I don't remember where it came from originally, but I have been making it for several years. Preparation time does not include the time it takes for the dough in the bread machine.

    Recipe #101474

This makes a light and delicious loaf, with no sugar added, so it isn't a sweet bread--perfect for sandwiches or savory toppings! Cooking time will depend upon your bread machine.

    Recipe #111091

This is one of my favorite bread machine recipes. It has a lovely color.

    Recipe #140131

Also called "Broa" Brazilian cornbread is slightly sweet, fluffy, not crumbly.Give a try!

    Recipe #140010

Homemade Tortillas are so good! There is nothing like a homemade tortilla right off the stove. You can make them by hand or use your bread machine (both follow). Also you can use anywhere from 3 Tablespoons of shortening or lard to the 1/2 cup. I only used a 1/4 cup and they were wonderful. Flavored tortillas are made using dried pasta sauce mixes, such as Knorr brand. You can use any of the following: Red Bell Pepper Pesto, or Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto, or Garlic & Herb, or Parma Rosa Pasta Mix, Carbonara ,or Four Cheese. Cooking time is rising time.

    Recipe #138754

Honey white bread with flax seeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds mixed in the dough.

    Recipe #47083

Be sure the garlic powder is fresh; garlic powder turns bitter if kept too long. Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese is best as well. From William Sonoma's THE BREAD MACHINE cookbook.

This bread has an outstanding texture and flavor- it's so good for you too! I love being able to use my breadmaker. What a wonderful machine...

    Recipe #137178

My thanks to JustBreadmakerRecipes.com for this great bread recipe. Cheese and dill flavors melded with vadalia onions and a hint of nutmeg. So good with soup or for sandwiches.
