You are going to love this bread. It smells so good while its cooking. Sort of like turkey stuffing. It is great used as such as well. Nothing like creating your own bread cubes for your holiday turkey or fresh croutons for a summer salad. Try this bread with any cold meat sandwich for a pleasent suprise. Use dried herbs that are flaked and not ground. If using ground, reduce the amount by half. If using fresh herbs, double the amount.

    Recipe #27050

The trick to making 100% whole wheat bread is the extra knead which gives the yeast and gluten a second chance to creat a lighter loaf. Gluten gives the whole wheat flour the structure needed for a good loaf. If your store doesn't carry it, try the local health food store.

    Recipe #27060

Easy and light recipe for a regular loaf of wheat bread.

    Recipe #27127
