These Drums are finger licking good. The flavor is in the barbeque sauce and like most homemade sauces, this one is tastier if used the following day. Allowing the flavors to blend overnight really enhances the flavor. I personally used 1 1/3 cups of the sauce on the drums, feel free to use as much or as little as you desire. Please note: prep time is the time required to make the BBQ Sauce, chilling time is not included.

    Recipe #495335

This dish is worth the extra effort, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. The homemade buttermilk biscuits are light, tender and fluffy, a great accompaniment for the meat and veggies that are blanketed in a flavorful gravy. Make sure that the biscuits are cooked to your liking before removing from the oven. Please note: The 1 hour marinating time is included in the preparation time.

    Recipe #495305

This recipe was created for RSC 16. I hope that you will enjoy this casserole, it is worth the extra effort.

    Recipe #454895

This salad was a pleasant surprise, it was light, refreshing and full of flavor. We really enjoyed the way the different flavors and textures blended in this dish to create a tasty salad, nothing was overpowering. The tangy, sweet, rich pomegranate juice really enhanced this dish and pulled it all together.

    Recipe #479445

Make sure to use a non stick pan or cover pan with foil, when baking these delicious and spicy wings, otherwise you'll have a very sticky mess. I have added a recipe for making your own pomegranate molasses, as it may be difficult for some people to find. The molasses is very versatile and can be used in many different dishes. If refrigerated, this quick and easy to make molasses will keep for 6 months. If you would like a sweeter molasses add more sugar to taste, when you first start cooking it. Preparation time includes making the molasses.

    Recipe #479450

Autumn is here and winter is on the way, what could be easier or smell better than a nice warming bowl of soup made in the crock pot. This soup is nice and thick and could easily pass for a stew...Feel free to add or omit any of the listed vegetables just as long as you enjoy!

    Recipe #330929

This is a great cold weather soup, it is comforting and tasty and best of all you can make it in an afternoon without a lot of fuss. It can simmer on low on the stove top until you are ready to serve. It is a wonderful meal served with fresh crusty bread.

    Recipe #468464

We really enjoyed this steak sandwich, it takes teriyaki to a new level. The longer it marinates the better it tastes. Tastes great at 8 hours but is even better after 24 hours. Please note that preparation time does not include the marinating time.

    Recipe #468458

When shopping for parsnips, chose the smaller ones which are far more tender than the larger ones. The smaller parsnips tend not to have the woody inside core that you find with larger or older parsnips. This savory dish is a nice alternative to mashed potatoes and it is the perfect side for most meats.

    Recipe #479389

This dish was created for RSC 16. I hope that you will enjoy this hearty soup. I add a little sugar to help cut the acidity of the tomatoes.

    Recipe #454887

This tasty pancake recipe was created for RSC 16. I hope that you will enjoy this dish. The syrup is pretty versatile and will store in the refrigerator for 1 week. Please, do not over stir the batter it will result in denser bread like pancakes. You may use fresh or frozen rhubarb. Freshly grinding the spices, will result in a more mellow flavor.

    Recipe #454880
