I have made these garlic pickles for the last 8 years and friends love them. The original recipe was in "Company's Coming" but I have made a few changes to suit my taste. It is a good recipe.

After trying to find a good recipe for focaccia, I realized everyone seemed to do it their own way. This is my version. My kids call it "that pizza bread". It goes wonderfully with soup or salad.

These are cheesy in the GOOD way - a delicious savory muffin with flavors piqued by paprika and herbs of your choice.

(Filet Mignon in Puff Pastry) I prefer not to eat out on Valentine's Day, hate fighting the crowds, the noise, the usually bad service because the restaurant is jam packed, the expense...could I have a little cheese with my "whine"? LOL! Here's what I made for the main course last year, and it was to DIE for. Almost too pretty to eat....almost! Enjoy!!! *Prep-time does not include chilling time.

An inexpensive, tasty Celebrity Chef recipe. Prep time includes refrigeration time.

I'm not sure what these have to do with a ranch, (Don't you wonder where some dishes get their names?) but they're good. The ground beef is very optional. I leave it out, to cut down on both cost and calories.

I don't know what else to call this. We had something similar in a Peruvian restaurant in CA and I've been trying to find out it's name ever since. It was served with a flat bread but I think pita triangles would work out great too!

This recipe is delicious! The sesame oil gives it a nutty and unusual flavor. I just made it for a picnic I'm going to. After tasting it, I know it's a salad I'll be making many more times. From the cookbook Lean and Luscious and Meatless.

This goes great with Salmon Potato Patties #125957 or any other fish. * Remember...you are just using spoonfuls at a time...when you look at the nutritional facts.

Recipe #127581

A special presentation and taste. The wrapping is the dried rice papers from Vietnamese/Thai foodstores.

This is an elegant dish to serve that usually draws raves. If Salmon is not available use another fish (Chilean Sea Bass, Cod even sole just use two pieces to form the fillet)

Pico de Gallo adds a flavor to this dish that is unique, the garlic and jalapeños blend very nicely. I purchase the pico de gallo in the vegetable section of our supermarket, but there are several good recipes here on Zaar also

This recipe is fewer than 10 steps, takes less than 10 minutes, and is microwaveable! I usually have all the ingredients already in my pantry. From "J-M" Mushroom Farm.

Celia Goodrick-Clarke's Cheat's Cuisine. An article from years ago. I haven't tried this - yet!
