A refreshing summer time adult treat.
The South will rise again! This is a layered drink in a tall shot glass made to represent the Stars and Bars. It actually tastes like a red hot - like the ones my grandmother would slip me in church.
My girlfriend and I came up with this recipe when we ran out of some of our favorite mixers. Great for a dessert drink!
If you so desire, you can add 1 Tbls. creme de bananes along with the rum. I prefer to leave out both and use the vodka.

One version of the Fallen Angel is made using creme de menthe but this version using blue curacao is more suited to my tastes.
