Quesadillas are so delicious but when you are cooking for a family, the quesadillas are always done at different times. With this recipe you get the same taste, if not better, than regular quesadillas.
You can use chicken, ground beef or steak strips in this recipe. (Actually, go wild with whatever you want!)
One of my favorite things to eat is grilled cheese. One of my favorite things to eat in the summer when there are fresh garden tomatoes on hand are these. Updated 8/31/08: I've edited the recipe to say chopped fresh basil as suggested by the reviewers.
A friend in Germany convinced me that Brats were born for the grill, however, this stove top method rocks for brats. I recently bought some butcher-stuffed brats in Chicago along with some fine beer and we had some brats that rock.
A GREAT MEAL for a BUSY DAY! Add this to your 30 minute meals. Wonderful melting, gooey cheese over a tomato sauce with Italian flavored sausage on a roll. WOW! This is good stuff especially for Italian food lovers or hungry teenagers.
These are very easy chicken & cheese burger patties. You can use either ground chicken or turkey meat. These grill up great outdoors on the BBQ or inside on the indoor grill. My husband and I love serving these on a bun coated with BBQ sauce & a handful of "French's" fried onions and we top them with a slice of american cheese too - they are perfect that way.
PS: These are super to freeze, I make a fresh batch of either chicken or turkey & always freeze about 6 or so patties. I wrap them individually in Saran Wrap, then put all 6 either in a tupperware container or a large freezer zip-loc bag as in photo.
Got this recipe from my mom. Not sure where she got it. It has a nice blend of flavors. I don't recommend using a George Foreman grill with this recipe because all of the essential yummy juices are squeezed out.
