A nice roasted cabbage that becomes a warm salad when using the balsamic vinegar option. **Two cutting options provided both tend to want to separate just because it is cabbage.

    Recipe #441862

A versatile mayo. The optional addition of honey tinges it sweet. Recipe easily increases or decreases proportionately.

    Recipe #434654

Love this novel idea from Blue Belle Ice Cream. Originally uses Blue Bell Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream for a St. Patrick's Day theme, but any ice cream works well. Freeze time not included. With adult supervision, can easily be made with kids.

    Recipe #429643

    Recipe #422390

This was one of my favorite tempeh recipes for a long time, and I am surprised it is not already posted here! It comes from the May 1998 edition of Cooking Light, and it is just perfect when you want a warm comfort food-ish yet vegetarian meal! I recommend cutting the veggies very small to get the most authentic "sloppy joe" texture.

Derived from Robbie Rice's "Hooter's Buffalo Wings". I've been a vegetarian since my early teens, but to this day I still miss BBQ chicken and wings. Well, no longer!

Derived from LinMarie's "Bourbon Chicken" recipe, this tofu, fried, cooked in sauce and served over rice, won't disappoint; at the moment its my favorite tofu recipe.

This is one of my favorite ways to serve corn for the holidays or when I want a special sidedish. This is always the first side to disappear.

    Recipe #398821

This recipe comes from the 2007 cookbook, More Smoothies for Life. The concentration of mango in this drink holds a lot of carotenoids that will helf in giving a healthy, youthful skin.

    Recipe #391620

I got this from the food network website. These are amazing. I didn't cut them in the slices like fries I cut them in thin slices.

    Recipe #391506

From Gooseberry Patch-Mom's Favorite Recipes. I received this in the Cookbook Swap from mandabears and just love the simplicity of the recipes and the wholesomeness that comes with them. Easy to make, simple food that is nutritous and tasty!

    Recipe #389469

This was given to me at my bridal shower; everyone who came wrote down one of their own recipes for my collection. (you can adjust the amount of chili sauce to suit your taste)

This recipe was found in the June 2009 cookbooklet, Summer Salads & Sandwiches. Preparation time does not include the 2 hours needed for the tea to chill.

    Recipe #374999

These onions are great warm or cold. This recipe makes a great appetizer, side dish, topping for fish, sandwiches, potatoes, soups, casseroles or salads. The sky is the limit, a very versatile dish. I hope you will enjoy this simple country dish.
