An easy dish with a wonderful complex flavor! This recipe was in the Houston Chronicle about 15 years ago. The ingredient list is long, but everything on the list is easily available.

    Recipe #95734

After finding this recipe on allrecipes.com, I think this will now be the only meatloaf I will make. It is so flavourful and delicious.

Blue Plate optional. This meatloaf is comfort food to the max. It will take you right back to your childhood. Williams Sonoma: American

Lots of flavor, I have made this also using pork tenderloin. Soak the wooden skewers in water for half an hour to prevent them burning. Marinating time not included. Freezing the meat slightly makes it easier to slice it thin.

I found this recipe on grouprecipes.com but tweaked it a bit by adding breadcrumbs. Otherwise, the patties don't hold together. These are very flavourful.

Bearnaise Butter melts over hot grilled or broiled steaks of your choice, making for a delicious entree that tastes like you really slaved (but you didn't). We love our steaks very rare (black & blue), but the butter's great and enhances everything from rare to well done steaks. Perfect for company! Make sure you have some bread to soak up the juices and butter. (Adapted from a recipe on epicurious.com)

Great recipe for the crockpot that can also be cooked for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Delicious with a little tang. Be careful not to burn these, checking them often in the last 1/2 hour of cooking.

    Recipe #463527

Tender juicy steaks on the grill are one of life's pleasures. This is the best marinade we have ever come across. It is the perfect blend of flavors and it leaves the meat tender without being overpowering. Note: I'm not sure of the origins of this recipe, I don't see a duplicate. Will post a picture.
