This is a dish you can get on the table in about a half hour flat, and as my teenagers say--hella bomb! From Cuisine at Home. Serve over Recipe #139580 or frozen cheese toasts.

    Recipe #139579

This is an adopted recipe that I hope to be making soon. I'll post any changes that I make to the recipe.

    Recipe #8052

Here it is, my mom's FAMOUS Meatball recipe! This is THEE most requested of her for anything, anywhere! Whenever there is a shower, birthday, christening, etc., someone is asking for 150 to 200 of her famous meatballs. :) Of course, she always says yes! She is not one for "exact" measurements (a little of this, a dash of that), so I tried the best I could to adapt her recipe. Of course, these are best served with My Mama Iuliucci's "Don't Skip a Step" Spaghetti Sauce recipe #26947, but I have used jazzed-up jarred sauce and they are still great. However, meat-a-balls like these deserve a homemade sauce, in my humble opinion!

    Recipe #32618

Another easy recipe for busy cooks. Makes a nice, hearty chunky chili. Uses mild Rotel tomatoes but you may want to use the spicier version. Freezes well.

    Recipe #80077

Got this from Pillsbury. I threw it together one afternoon before my husband brought his poker gang over. The sauce was really quite delicious.

Boston's North End is famous for it's Italian markets, restaurants and saint's day weekend festivals and I miss it so much! I was thrilled to find "The North End Italian Cookbook" by Marguerite Buonopane.

This tropical dish can be broiled as well. Be sure to soak the skewers in water before threading the meat and pineapple on. I'll even soak them in the marinade.

    Recipe #125838

This is so good. The marinade combined with the Gorgonzola topping is just perfect--Yum!

    Recipe #130325

This is such a good way to fix a steak, it has its own sauce. This is good served with creamed potatoes.

    Recipe #103933

This is our favorite salisbury steak recipe. I always make enough extra sauce to serve over potatoes. Tastes like it took all day to cook.

    Recipe #56694

Another delicious recipe from my friend Hazel. When she served this everyone around the table was going "mmmmm"! I have served this MANY times and always get asked for the recipe when I do. This isn't a fast recipe, but well worth the time it takes to make it!

    Recipe #51830

This is a great one dish meal. Very tasty and easy on the budget.

Pinot Noir from Oregon’s Willamette Valley goes great with this fruity grilled, tender sweet and spicy steak. Wrap it in a tortilla or over rice.

    Recipe #116503

I have been using this recipe exclusively for the last 9 years. It's from the April 8, 1993 Phil Donahue show featuring Gloria Pitzer, the recipe detective. It's easy and delicious in a variety of ways. We serve it at home as well as made ahead to take camping. Serve it the classic way, with cornbread or on hot dogs. Or try some of our family favorites, Cincinnati style (served over cooked spaghetti noodles) or taco salads (a bed of lettuce and corn chips, topped with chili and sour cream).

    Recipe #21936

I got this from an online recipe site - can't remember which but have it saved in Word to try. I still haven't but it sounds great! If you try it, please review it and let us all know how it is!

    Recipe #115962

I got this out of a Better Homes and Gardens Carb Smart recipe book. I haven't made it yet but plan on it soon. Sounds delicious!

    Recipe #115965

Another recipe from the Carb Smart recipe book from Better Homes and Gardens :)

    Recipe #115966

Filet Mignon is one of my favorite foods! This is just heavenly!
