Put these babies on your next Mexican menu. You won't be disappointed. Cook time does not include browning the beef.

    Recipe #73428

A new twist on meatloaf. I made this for my friends and it was a huge hit. It was also very very easy to make. This is also good for busy people since it's hardly any ingredients.

This is my mom's recipe that she's been making for special occasions for as long as I can remember. It's very easy and quick to make - a plus when you are preparing to entertain guests! NOTE - In some places a beef tenderloin is known as a "filet of beef" - this may be the name your butcher calls it. These directions will produce meat that is medium-rare in the very center of the tenderloin. If you want your meat more well done, add on 10 minutes and check it by cutting a small nick in the center of the meat - keep repeating until the meat is done to your liking.

This is a recipe my husband got from one of the many grilling classes he's taken. Yummy!

    Recipe #129064

A fast and healthier way to serve Chimichangas than the traditional deep fried. These are very good, and you may dress them up to you own preference. I like to serve with green chile sauce sometimes instead of the picante sauce.

    Recipe #28148

Great recipe but be very careful just how much fresh ginger you use.

    Recipe #242903

Take one bite of tender, juicy steak and you'll agree there's nothing like this buttery blend of orange marmalade and rosemary to bring out the best in beef. Our family loved this!! My picky youngest, wanted more!

My mom made this beef stroganoff weekly when I was younger. I don't have the same metabolism I did then, but it's still the best $%#&* beef stroganoff I have ever had. I just want to thank everyone for all the wonderful reviews and ideas, I too now add a splash of Worcestershire sauce! Thanks again!

    Recipe #73922

This recipe comes from the 1967 Better Homes and Gardens 'so good with FRUIT' cookbook. The small meat loaves make a great presentation when served! I prefer using brown rice in this recipe.

    Recipe #209683

My husband loved this recipe. Lemon in common in Thai Cooking. Combined with garlic and red pepper flakes. It adds intense flavor to this stir-fry.

    Recipe #213011

Delicious, fall off the bone Beef Ribs with a tangy, sweet sauce, smoked on the barbecue, this is my Husband's much sought after recipe for Beef Ribs.

    Recipe #161340

Honor the influence of the Orient. Soy sauce, fresh ginger, and sesame oil give this appetizer its Asian accent. Wonderful flavor, we had these for the Super Bowl and they were very much loved!!

Every good Swede has at least one Swedish Meatball recipe!

    Recipe #208770

This also can be made in a crockpot. I add different veggies, cubed squash, and 1/2 can baby peas, just added the peas the last 5 minutes of cooking. This is great on a cold winters day. Enjoy!

    Recipe #3386

Closest thing I've found to the real deal that my wife and I had on our honeymoon in Ireland. :) Recipe courtesy of Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger. See www.foodnetwork.com for the original.

Wonderfully Tender Roast, best served with homemade Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

    Recipe #205604

Definitely a family favorite. There are never any leftovers!

    Recipe #210379

This recipe was given to me by a friend who had his own restaurant. I am convinced he got it from Julia Child! It is a favorite of all the members of my family, and wonderful to serve in the cold months of Winter. We have it with noodles and peas. If there is any left over, it is even better the next day!

    Recipe #81947

This is a little sweet. Not sure that much brown sugar is needed. Try it with less to begin with.

    Recipe #209337

if you enjoy red meat, this is for you. A good Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with this dish.
