Yerba Mate is drunk by most Argentineans, regardless of class or background. Typically brewed and drank as a hot beverage from morning to evening. This is an alcoholic twist on Yerba Mate Tea. I found this at From Agentina With Love. Posting here for ZWT7 South America. Salute' NOTE: food.com has never heard of Yerba Mate Tea, so I listed as tea. Yerba Mate is readily found in the herbal/organic tea area at your local grocery store.

    Recipe #369221

    Recipe #455414

WW friendly. Similar to the WW site chicken wrap, but with more spice and perfect for leftovers. The cajun spice is very robust, and with the addition of cayenne, this is a real zinger. WW counter figures 5 points, but by using smaller "Mission" 6 1/2" carb blance tortillas I think it's closer to 4 points, you could also sub fat free mayo, skip the evo and sub cooking spray.

    Recipe #495417

this has become a real favorite this summer, it's not as sweet as other grape salads we've tried. Grapes are in season and it's just the time of year for nice cool dishes. Cooking time does not include refrigeration time.

    Recipe #463297

This is a quick and easy and appeals to adults and kids alike. Our daughter, Nellie, introduced us to this easy meal this summer while visiting us in our RV. We like spicy foods, so I use Herdez Brand Salsa (in the 7 oz. can), but feel free to substitute Mild. If you've never tried Herdez, it's available at most Walmarts nation wide.

    Recipe #439387

A family favorite made from a simple yellow cake mix. Easy to prepare and simple to package in a tin as a gift during the holidays.

    Recipe #206144

Spiced with lime zest, peanut butter and soy, these are delish. Comes from my NatureSweet cherry tomatoe package. I have not tried cooking them in the oven, but I would imagine that would work just fine.

    Recipe #354401

One of many traditional Swahilli-seafood dishes from Zanzibar Island. The use of Indian-style curry is indicative of Zanzibar's history as a crossroads of trade. This recipe comes from mormon.org

    Recipe #455445

Italian rolls spread with artichokes,sun-dried tomaaotes, parmigiano cheese and fresh basil, topped with salami and fresh mozzarella and green Olivada. Sandwiches need to be refrigerated at least 4 hrs. or up to 1 day before serving. This recipe comes from Adriana's Italian Cooking website. Added here for ZWT7, Italy. Food.com wouldn't let me list Green Olivada, so I listed Olive Spread instead; see my recipe #456032 #456032 for Green Olivida.

    Recipe #456033

This cajun delight originated at the One-Eleven Chop House. Tasso is a version of smoked pork, rubbed with cayenne and garlic then smoked. If it is not available in your neck of the woods, you can substitute prusitto, pancetta or ham flavored with a touch of creole/cajun spice. This cajun dish is added to my recipe collection for the ZWT5 tour.

    Recipe #373091

So simple, yet elegant enough for Sunday Best. This comes from my Almost Homemade by Gooseberry Patch.

    Recipe #453559

Taken from "Posh Nosh" by noted African chef Lannice Snyman.Spinach, avocado and papaya were created to share space on the same plate, add sun-dried dates and a seductive dressing with ovetones of citrus and cumin and you've found a gourment African salad.

    Recipe #456626

    Recipe #369755

This is from Taste of Home. The dough can be kept in the frig for up to 1 week and 2 months in the freezer. If you freeze the rolls, let them set at room temp for about 5 min before slicing. Be careful not to overmix the dough, it can cause the dough to become tough.

    Recipe #455339

Cilantro, ginger and dijon... great flavors inhance the salmon.

    Recipe #463330

This recipe is from the chefs at Hotel Villa Cipriani in Aslo, Italy. This charming 15th Century residence was transformed into a country house, later owned by Robert Browing. Today it is a luxurious hotel with a distinctive atmosphere and offers the delicate flavors of the Veneto Region in Northern Italy. I've acutally been to this hotel and can vouch for it's charming atmosphere and lovely food. Gourmet Magazine July 1995.
