    Yerba Mate is drunk by most Argentineans, regardless of class or background. Typically brewed and drank as a hot beverage from morning to evening. This is an alcoholic twist on Yerba Mate Tea. Yerba Mate is readily found in the herbal/organic tea area at your local grocery store.

    This cajun delight originated at the One-Eleven Chop House. Tasso is a version of smoked pork, rubbed with cayenne and garlic then smoked. If it is not available in your neck of the woods, you can substitute prusitto,pancetta or ham flavored with a touch of creole/cajun spice.
