Another good one from the SPLENDA® site. If you don't like non-fat cream cheese they suggest, you can always use the low fat as I have done.

    Recipe #114055

Mom loves Polish sausage dogs, usually plain or with mustard. I like them like this. I either pre-fry them and make this sauce and then add them, or just toss it all together and simmer. Make sure you get some good soft buns that will hold those big ole dogs. They're a bit bigger than a regular hot dog.

Could it be any easier? A mere 3 ingredients and you have flavorful baked chicken! Add baked potato and a tossed green salad makes a nice basic dinner!

This is really delicious, one of my favorite crock pot recipes that can as easily be made as a casserole and baked in the oven. It lends itself easily to your favorite variations. I did not include boiling the chicken in the time since that is an option, and you can use already prepared cooked chicken, and I listed the time for oven baking, not the crock pot version. You can either cook a whole chicken in water with your favorite seasonings to make the broth, or use cooked chicken use canned broth. Works well either way. I've had it a long time and can't remember the source.

This recipe uses nearly a whole bottle of dark beer, such as stout, which gives these aromatic burgers a nice subtle carmel-like flavor and color. I like to use a Belgium strong beer for these. You can include a couple jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced, with the sautéing onion and garlic if you'd like to add some heat. From the show "Licence to Grill".

    Recipe #59624

From Fix It & Forget It. I usually omit the lemon and add 1/2 cup brown sugar, also the bacon can be eliminated if you don't have it. Pork steak can be substituted. It breaks up and falls of the bone and this turns into a stew.

    Recipe #396147

This is too easy and so good. Very good if your watching your carbs.. Note.. No bread added.

    Recipe #192403

Got this recipe from a Louisville morning show showcasing Churchill Downs Chef Gil Logan. I passed the recipe on to Alan (my best friend from college) and he and I made them one night. I couldn't have whiskey or beer in the dorm, so I got everything else. They are good, but very strong at first. We used Sweet Baby Ray's and Tabasco for the hot sauce, Jim Beam and Budweiser for the booze. These are commonly used as appetizers, but we served them with rice and a broccoli casserole.

Give your chicken breast a new KICK!

    Recipe #45642

I found this recipe in the 1994 Preventions Cooking for Good Health Cookbook. I am following WW and this is a wonderful low fat/calorie substitute for Deviled Eggs.

    Recipe #180173

I found this in "Todays Parent" magazine. The write-up said it was concocted by "Linda's mother, Judy". Linda is a staffer at the magazine.

    Recipe #75564

This recipe is similar to a fruitcake but much lighter. The texture is more like that of a pound cake. My mom got it from a Philadelphia cream cheese box many years ago. She made it for my dad every Christmas. I inherited the recipe after she passed away, and now I make it for him. I am posting it here so I won't lose it.I hope some of you will enjoy this as much my dad.

    Recipe #195074

    Recipe #179701

Everythime I go through my stacks of cookbooks and folders, I find a recipe that I loved and could not throw away. This is another one of those recipes. I got this out of a cookkbook from 25 years ago and still enjoy making this.

    Recipe #291505

I've seen several other Margarita Pie recipes on here and there was only one that came close to this one; it had alcohol in it. Since we live in a dry county and I don't drink anyway, I had to have a margarita pie that didn't use booze.

    Recipe #146463

A wonderful and easy recipe for your grill from Cooking Light.

    Recipe #116611

Awonderfully easy cheese spread that can be made ahead for that upcoming party!

    Recipe #37130

Found this on the Hershey's website while searching for ways to use up the after-the-holidays supplies. I love butterscotch (not quite as much as I do caramel, but...)stuff like this is a great thing for me to pop in the oven when I have company for movies and nosh. I already make a version with little bite-sized candy bars and they are always gone by the first few minutes of the movie. I think that the addition of the coconut to the chips is divine!

    Recipe #206618

My mother's recipe from a weight loss program years ago. We all enjoy it just for the taste.
