Marmite is made from brewers yeast and is very concentrated. It has a salty taste that is so good! New Zealanders are said to favor Marmite over Vegemite. I like both! Enjoy!

A nice savory glaze of salt, rosemary, thyme, garlic, mustard, and balsamic vinegar makes this lamb recipe sing a lovely song.

Instead of the traditional mint sauce, lamb chops are served here with a creamy hollandaise sauce flavored with fresh mint. The sauce is not difficult to make, as long as it is cooked over gentle heat. Enjoy!
