This is a delicious way to serve grilled chicken! It's perfect for those hot summer evenings when you want something light and easy. The chili sauce in the marinade is not too hot and even my children, who do not like spicy foods, love this chicken.
These wonton crackers are crisp, sweet, salty, and studded with sesame seeds. Serve them with salads, or cocktails as they are light and full of flavor. They store well in air-tight container -- these are nice to munch on, as well. marthastewart.com.

What could be better than steamed dumplings? The sauce is a product of trial and error. My old boss made the best dipping sauce for dumplings, and he told me the ingredients, but not the quantities (hehe). This is pretty close. I am often lazy and buy frozen dumplings and then just make the accompanying sauce.
The Maryland Olney Inn opened in 1926 in Mechanicsberg, MD, (now Olney, MD) in the Farquhar home, with 3 tables. It soon became "the place to go" and was frequented by FDR. It burned in 1978 in spite of 18 pieces of equipment and more than 100 firefighters. This recipe is simple, elegant and delicious. Our traditional Christmas Eve family dinner.

This is great served over rice with a side of vegetables.
