This is from Canadian Living, and their show Best Recipes Ever and I gotta say... I love this Pad Thai! I use salted peanuts usually, as that's what I have... You can use Splenda in place of the sugar in the sauce.
This is a recipe I have been making for ages. I didn't bother to post it here because it is a Nigella Lawson recipe and thought it would be posted already, but to my amazement it was not.
My family take this to work for lunch and they love it. It is so quick and easy to prepeare the night before for your lunch the next day.
I must admit that I make changes to this recipe all the time, but have posted as per Nigella's recipe.
I often use chopped peanuts instead of sesame seeds to sprinkle on top, I also sometimes use a low fat peanut butter and have sometimes put in a little finely diced chilli. I have used spaghetti noodles instead of egg noodles........ the list is endless as this is a very versatile recipe...so why don't you give this a go for a quick lunch or snack.
It is also fantastic, served in small noodle boxes to take to picnic's.
An Asian version of the old Aussie favorite. Lightly spiced and very nice!
The quantity depends on the size you make, I made a smaller batch, by cutting pastry in 3 and this time I got about 40. Served with sweet chilli sauce they are delicious and I have also frozen these with great success.
Another great find from Kraft. These make great appetiser's and taste fantastic! I served these at a party and received great comments!
You can make the balls bigger if you like, but you will get less servings of course. Next time I might try these by just baking in the oven and not frying.
Found this dip on the Kraft website. What a find.........Peanut Butter lovers will rejoice!
So quick and easy, and I was able to make this with ingredients straight from my pantry. Serve hot or cold, the dip is not as runny when it is cooled. A great dip to serve with assorted vegetables fresh or blanched.
This is wonderful, delicious and warming for a cold winter's night and the best is .....it's so quick and easy.
I use reduced salt chicken stock and season myself if needed, but have posted recipe as written.
I have also made this recipe using the microwave using pre cooked chicken adding the chicken with step 2.
I found this recipe from Kraft and it proves to me that kids can cook! DD has made this and it is just so easy and great tasting!....... Ummmmm also cook noodles while you cook the rest of the ingredients as DD learnt the hard way...lol
So easy to make, and something a little different to serve with salad.
I cut back on the coriander only because of family dislikes and also cooked in the oven, but nxt time I am going to try these on the the B.B.Q.
These would also be great made smaller for finger food.
The size of your meatballs will will alter you serving size.
Well any of you that know me, know I am going to post any Vegemite recipe I find.................. Here is another, and well worth the cooking!
Well......... So I am told as I do not eat .
....NO NOT VEGEMITE ... I do not eat seafood, but the lover's of both in this family think this was a great recipe.
My family are all on a health kick at the moment.
I saw this on television ( Everyday Gourmet) and thought the family might enjoy this.
It looked such a simple and easy recipe to make, so this will also be great for making after a hard day at work.
