This is one of my original. Ingredients measures listed are approximate. You will need 1 bar shot glass per person. Will wakeup your taste buds! The hot sauce used can be found here: http://www.buffalowildwings.com/ I have sent this recipe to BWW to add to their menu. SOURCE SHADOWS The nutritional info will be incorrect for this since it keeps listing "buffalo" as an ingredient instead of the sauce. Note: the granulated garlic spread evenly over the hot sauce keeps the blue cheese dressing from sinking into the hot sauce. updated 4/6/2007 - Shadows

I got this Buffalo chicken dip recipe from a respiratory therapist at the hospital where I work. He brought it to a party and everyone asked for the recipe. I appreciate all the reviews that have been written about this recipe since I posted it so long ago. I see more and more that people are making it with freshly cooked chicken - great idea. I also like the idea of using rotisserie chicken. The original recipe used canned chicken for convenience, but I agree with all of you that the fresher meat tastes better. Barb P.S. This is a bit unusual - don't expect a true "Mexican" flavor. However, they are sooo good! I got this from a cookbook called "Soup Mix Magic." I think I am addicted to the stuff. (One note - the original recipe called for a 19 oz can of black beans. I changed that because we can't get one here, but feel free to use more.)

I got this recipe from my office manager - putting it here for safekeeping. This seems like a nice Thanksgiving/Christmas recipe for get-togethers, or for any occasion in the Fall/Winter. A Low Fat Southwestern treat. I found this hearty appetizer recipe in a magazine a few years ago, and it is one of our family's favorites. Not only is this very easy to make, but the fact that it is made in a slow cooker allows me to prep it earlier in the day before things get too hectic. I think you'll enjoy this as well. Leftovers are yummy spooned over a baked potato.

I first tried this buffalo chicken wing dip at my neighbor's picnic. A friend of theirs brought it and we munched on it all night til it was gone! I love this recipe for picnics, potlucks and tailgate parties. It's a much less messy way of enjoying chicken wings. My oldest son loves it. You can make it as spicy hot as you want...or leave it mild. It's best served warm, but you can also eat it cool.
