This recipe is from Paula Deen's The Deen Family Cookbook. Jodi says you should let it sit in the fridge for 8 hours before eating, but the first round didn't even make it to the fridge. You can also add more sour cream if you want something chip-ready. Otherwise serve with toast or crackers.

Yummmm...posted for ZWT!

From the book "The Essential Fingerfood Cookbook" these sound especially tasty. Posted for safekeeping. NOTE: Prep time does NOT include 30 minute chill time.

I love blue cheese and cranberries. This is DELICIOUS and I make it every Christmas. Got it from a "Diamond" ad in a 2002 magazine. (To say that the filling of this pie, that has blue cheese, tastes like "stuffing" is beyond me...)

The flavour combination of Brie, mushrooms and rosemary is amazing. This dish is a wonderful appetizer for a dinner party, or just served by itself as a little something. It is from 'Canada's Wine Country Cookbook' and pairs really well with a Dry Riesling (white wine)

When zucchinis are on sale and you don't know what to do with them, this is the perfect recipe. You can put it on toasted french bread and eat it as an appetizer or snack. Instead of the fresh herbs you can use a herbes de provence mix if you already have it at home.

This appetizer is so... good! Very easy and equally impressive to guests at your next party or for a great evening at home.

These step you outside the normal boundaries of deviled eggs with a surprise ingredient - potato chips! This was my Dad's (Wick Brandon) recipe - he got the recipe from a box of potato chips in the 70's. There are NEVER leftovers, and Easter would not be the same without them. Enjoy! Viclynn

I reviewed this Recipe #319778 wanting it lower in cholesterol adding more veggies for better health.Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants. Don't get me wrong these are still fattening but delish and healthier then all butter. I bought the Canned French escargots with empty shells for serving, in a speciality store. If using mushroom caps you can pre-cook a couple minutes for softer mushrooms or if you like them raw to firm stuff then cook. A May celebration "Aplec del Caragol" (the Snail Festival) The Aplec festival is now well-known throughout Spain and the rest of Europe, and has even been sistered with other festivals.

I got this recipe from a friend who was a caterer. It was her most requested dish. It is so delicious and wins raves everytime I serve it. One thing, this is much better if made the night before so the flavors really have time to marry.

These fried, then steamed, dumplings are incredibly morish- I have eaten 12 and looked for more! The portion below makes about 45-50 dumplings. I normally freeze half of the mixture. It never stays in the freezer too long! If you have ginger oil, add it to the frying oil for extra flavour.

These are simple, delicious and pefect for Super Bowl Sunday or any party! My family and friends always rave about them, sometimes I have to make an extra batch because they go so fast. You don't have to use a rotisserie chicken, but it sure cuts back on the time. If you don't like things too spicy, you can always cut back on the hot sauce and green onions.I like to use peanut oil for frying. They freeze well too. Making the dip ahead of time, then placing in fridge, allows the flavors to marry well. Bring it back to room temp to serve. This is adapted from a Food Network Show, Big Daddy's House. The chef is Aaron McCargo Jr. Hope you enjoy!

It is hard to find a stuffed mushroom recipe that does not have any meat in it. These are rich, creamy, and oh so yummy.

From Fall, Family and Friends Cookbook, c. 2006. Serve with tortilla chips/potato chips, crackers, bread - great, spicy dip!

Recipe #348815

This was given to me by an Egyptian friend who said it's a family recipe. I like the fact it's doesn't contain dairy and nuts so it was perfect for Menu #24612 because we had a few guest who are lactose intolerant and have an allergic to nuts. You can chill the dip until it's needed. It will keep for two days in the refrigerator but the flavour will enhance

This is a cute way to serve dip for your holiday party. The kids love it and it looks like you have skills that you don't have. Use frozen dough to make the snowman. Buy the ranch or spinach dip. Don't slave in the kitchen, enjoy the Holidays!!!

Recipe #343938

A refreshing spring & summertime spread. The combo of the apples & blue cheese are perfect together. Don't leave out the onion. Believe it or not, it does enhance the dish. Enjoy.
