Take my advice, make lots of this dip. The recipe may say that it is for 4 servings, but I have seen sophisticated friends turn barbaric over a bowl of this stuff. It's very sweet and goes great with tart apples.

A thick tasty dip for fruit that kids and adults will enjoy. Maybe even the kids more! Taken from the Univerity of Illinois website.

Tip on How To Soften Cream Cheese: Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 seconds or until slightly softened.

This is a great tasting Dill Dip that I have used for years. I usually double this recipe and keep it on hand. Cook Time is Chill Time

Beer - it's not just for drinking any more!

    Recipe #25091

This is based on my grandmother's recipe for Pot Roasted Chicken, a sort of fusion dish. It has a definite bite from the pepper and Guinness and is not for the fainthearted *wink* If you prefer something gentler, use half Guiness and half water. The original dish is a mixture of Asian and Western ingredients and cooking methods. This is my lazy version, which was inspired by Buffalo Chicken Wings. It's good with white or buttered rice or pasta or as finger food when you're having drinks.

THE BEST beef jerky recipe. I have made a ton of recipes out of all kinds of things. Roasts, steaks, etc. But the only stuff I get asked for is this stuff. It is so cheap and so versatile.

    Recipe #171634

This is excellent beef jerky and worth the wait! Less expensive than store bought and tastes better. Double the recipe next time and experiment with different spices you like!

    Recipe #42272

These are adorable and pretty easy to make, just a tad time-consuming....but worth the smiles they receive!! Hope you try them for Easter or a spring brunch! :)

    Recipe #159619

This is a copycat recipe from www.TopSecretRecipes.com. and it is so good. This is great to make ahead and have ready on hand. Prep time for this recipe is the freezer time.

    Recipe #18319

From www.TopSecretRecipes.com This is a favorite with Italian-style grub. The recipe comes from Carrabba's Restaurant. They serve the spices on a small plate and the waiter adds olive oil, then you are set to dip your bread. YUM YUM! TIP: Chop all spices in small chopper and store them in a small container in the refrigerator, since a little goes a long way -- that way you can have it anytime.

    Recipe #53876

WELL - this is a yummy one! My kids LOVE to help make these! ENJOY! D

    Recipe #45006

You can make this sauce easily at home. From Copykat.com (http://www.copykat.com)

    Recipe #59635

Basically a Greek butterball cookie recipe. These, with Melomakarona, are found in every Greek home during the Christmas Holidays. I go through phases. One year, or for a couple of years, these are my favourites, then Melomakarona are, and I keep switching back and forth. They're both wonderful! These keep wonderfully, long after Christmas is over, if any are left.

    Recipe #76513

This first appeared in Cooking Light several years ago. As presented, it includes my changes to make the dish a bit more saucy and fully flavored.

    Recipe #135297

These are so tasty! The raw meatball mixture is quite 'loose' and needs a gentle touch, but it will hold together (trust me). In Greece, these are considered top-notch picnic fare. Leftovers make a good second meal (so make more meatballs!) the next day added to a tomato sauce and used to top rice, or mashed potatoes, or pasta, or............Please note there's a minimum of 1 hour refrigeration of the meat mixture prior to frying.

    Recipe #59573

This is a delicious recipe, and one I have enjoyed many times. It would make an excellent appetizer for entertaining as well as a great dinner idea!

I got this recipe from the newspaper years ago, and make it frequently. I serve it with my cucumber yogurt sauce, which I'm also posting. Be warned- It is very garlicky. Also, use less pepper if you're using all beef instead of lamb.
