If you adore artichokes, you should adore this CHEESY appetizer. This takes your next gathering to the sophisticated level. Great for special occasions, if you are having a large get together you will probably want to double this recipe, and keep it warm.
This is a wonderful lemon-flavored pesto. This was my first taste of pesto and I've never gone back!

I'm glad that you all like this. I freeze this now and keep it on hand for my spaghetti sauce or others sauces. It freezes great!
I found this recipe online somewhere. It's supposed to be a copy of the cold, Whole Foods Spinach and Artichoke Dip that they sell for $10/tub. I think it's pretty close, but not exactly like it tastes from the store. In any event, this is an easy, quick, and far cheaper way to make a very good spinach and artichoke dip. You'll love this.
This is one of the best dips, the amounts listed is enough about 15-20 people but may be cut in half if desired. I have served this many times at my get togethers and everyone loves it --- this may be prepared in advance up to step#8 refrigerated and baked later --- see my recipe#168653
Yummy variation on party mix. For garlic and dill lovers. You can substitute Chex corn or rice cereal for the Crispix - I decide between Chex and Crispix based on what's on sale. NOTE: Based on feedback received, in Jan. 09 I reduced the amount of garlic powder to 1/2 tsp. It is still plenty of garlic flavor but not as overpowering. :)
If you are an onion-lover you will love this, it takes very little time to make and may be made in advance covered and refrigerated until ready to bake, use mayonnaise only for this not salad dressing --- serve this dip with Ritz butter crackers --- servings are only estimated.
This recipe came from our cookbook at the beauty shop where I work. We had many pot lucks, and every one wanted this and that recipe, so we all gave recipes and had our own book printed and sold them in the salon.
To die for dip served at Granite City with their special waffle fries. Would be a great dip for practically anything and it is an excellent condiment for burgers and chicken and...well...everything!
