    Amber's Baby Shower

In addition to these recipes, we had little mini rolls to make sandwiches with the chicken salad or pulled pork served with barbecue sauce and Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce. It was the perfect amount of food and the mother-to-be was pleased.

Looking for the perfect thing to fix for my daughter Amber's baby shower. I found these wonderful little cakes in Cuisine at Home. They were easy to make and looked absolutely perfect on the table.

As adults we expect more. These are not your ordinary cupcakes. This cupcake supplies more flavor per bite. Using the coconut milk (DO NOT use Cream of coconut), instead of whole milk will help to intensify the flavor. This recipe comes from Cuisine at Home. Enjoy!

This recipe is off a 3x5 card from Pfaltzfraff. Posting this for ZWT. Be sure to make your dressing for this salad a day ahead so that the herbs can enhance the flavor.

Mmmm, try this for your next pot-luck. Easy to make. I especially love the crunchy sugared almonds and toasted ramen noodles. This could easily be made into a main-dish salad by adding grilled chicken breast strips.

Love the combination of flavors and textures in this savoury salad. Delicious also as a sandwich (leaving out the grapes). Try it cold or a yummy hot variation: on one slice of sweet, whole-grain bread, spread 1/2 cup of chicken salad and put under broiler until heated, but not bubbly; top with 3 slices of bacon and 1 slice of provolone cheese. Return to broiler until cheese is melted. Yum!

A combination of lemonade, pineapple, apricot and Ginger ale. Great non-alcoholic drink for your next Luau!
