No corn syrup needed, I've left cinnamon out and added a 1/2 tsp vanilla or butter rum flavoring

I got this from Cooking Light, Super fast suppers. Most any cheese will work in this recipe. Blue cheese and mozzarella are especially good options.

    Recipe #92867

This is a quick and pretty dessert to make, and has always gotten lots of compliments. Makes a excellent finale for a spicy entree. Pound cake may be substituted for Angel Food Loaf. ENJOY!

While these would never be mistaken for gourmet, they are also surprisingly good considering they started out as a cake mix and some extremely sweet neon-colored cereal. I bet kids would love these, and given their unique and colorful appearance, I also think they would do well at a bake sale. From the Kraft & Post cereal websites.

I got this from an e-mail on Simple cooking. I've made it several times to rave reviews from my DH. It's a quick weekday meal.

This triple-layer tart is a feast for the eyes and the mouth!

Here is a basic trifle recipe that can be built upon in so many ways. Here, I have listed only a few of the MANY variations you can make using this recipe. Have fun and experiment and please let me know what you come up with. This recipe is awesome. Cook time is chill time and will be longer if you make your own cake.

    Recipe #119065

This is an incredibly, delicious chicken dish. I have make it twice, once using regular fresh spinach and once with the fresh baby spinach and I highly recommend using the baby. You're gonna love this!!!!

To say this is an Italian fusion sandwich would be stretching it but to say that it is full of flavor and healthy is true.. Makes a great lunch sandwich with a bowl of soup on the side.for 4 or as a dinner main dish for two perhaps served with onion rings and oven fries. I like to use Herb Focaccia (home made or bought) but in a pinch regular sandwich buns will do. Add whatever condiments you like I have suggested sliced sweet onion, tomato and cheese. If you are just trying to get your family to eat spinach cut it back to 5 oz.

My most-requested dessert recipe. Moist brownie bottom topped with a thick peanut butter filling and topped off with a chocolate glaze. Please watch the brownies carefully and remove from the oven when toothpick comes out with moist crumbs clinging to it. If your toothpick comes out completely clean then they are overbaked and you will end up with a "cake-like" brownie. Glass pyrex baking pans have yielded the best results in my experience. Note: This recipe doubles beautifully!

I thought this sounded delicious especially during grilling weather or as a looking-for-warmer weather dish. Recipe source: local newspaper

This is strawberry-shortcake-mixed-together! Quite delicious, especially on a warm summer evening. It can also be made in a Bundt pan (very lightly sprayed with Pam) served with frozen strawberries (thawed) and cream.

I like to serve these to my children for after school snacks. They are also great as an appetizer. They are easily frozen and popped into the microwave for quick reheating.

    Recipe #86644

This is so good. The stuffing is just as good baked in a casserole dish and served that way. You may adjust the seasonings for your taste.

    Recipe #58286

This is one of the Zaar recipes that I adopted. I hope to make this soon as it looks like a dish my family would enjoy. I’ll edit the recipe accordingly if needed.

    Recipe #7851

Just got some of the season's first cantalopes and I remembered this recipe. Been doing it so long now, not sure where it came from...probably some magazine. Cooking time includes refrigerator time.

This is a refreshing drink, especially for those who do not drink alcoholic beverages.

Be prepared for the best Greek salad on the planet! --- plan ahead the dressing needs at least 2 or more hours to blend the flavors, I sometimes add in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to the dressing for a more cheesy dressing, all amounts may be adjusted to taste ---- to marinade the salad allow to sit at room temperature before serving, see bottom of instructions --- you will find this and many more of my recipes posted here http://kittencalskitchen.com/2009/04/13/kittens-famous-greek-salad/ ---also see my recipe #359292
