This one bite appetizer/snack recipe was given to me by a co-worker. I made these Gluten Free and Celiac friendly by substituting a GF equivalent for the flour - and they still turned out great!

    Recipe #221422

Very rich and filling dip. Perfect with fresh French Bread or bagel chips. Great for parties and company. (can be frozen and re-heated)

This is an easy-to-make dinner or lunch sandwich that looks and tastes great. It is from Quick Cooking magazine and is credited to Diane Schuelke.

    Recipe #97229

Another one of our families "favorite" egg rolls. We serve them as a main dish meal, not as an appetizer.

These wee balls are a lovely side dish with chicken or pork. They look attractive. I sometimes add a few more cranberries. They can be frozen. Freeze separately and then place in zip lock bag. To heat frozen balls place in 350F Oven for 15 min, cover with foil.

These are popular..where I come from (Central Valley of California) living up in the U.P. no one has ever heard of them...but they seem to enjoy eating them LOL.

    Recipe #117255

A WONDERFUL appetizer from Company's Coming. Plan ahead to allow 3 or 4 days for the flavours to really blend. (Cooking time is refrigeration time)

    Recipe #178640

I'm not sure where my mom got this recipe, but these are THE BEST MEAT BUNS EVER -- but sadly, they're NOT quick and easy, so make a day of it and fill your freezer! Plan ahead because the dough's easier to work with if it's refrigerated overnight. Serve with plum sauce -- that's right, plum sauce. You'll never be sorry.

    Recipe #176404

What a cute way to serve an appetizer. Make one of each!

    Recipe #47028

These are tasty appetizers. If I'm planning on serving them to company, I make them ahead, freeze them and then re-heat them.

    Recipe #55007

These are absolutely to die for!!! They are not your ordinary taquitos. They're so good, I don't even use guacamole with them, although some still prefer them that way. Remember to get all your veggies in long thin strips. Time includes marinating.

My DH loves those frozen Tony's Pizza Rolls....I'll eat them too, but....what exactly is in them?? We probably don't want to even know! These are MUCH better and at least we know what we're eating!! Buy extra sauce for dipping if you'd like, but they really don't need it. Also, add/omit any ingredients you like or don't like. Make them to your own taste of course. This is what we like in them.

For the holidays - these can be made up ahead of time and frozen.

    Recipe #77925

Tasty cheese and olives bites - great with a glass of wine :)

    Recipe #140745

These present an absolutely addictive and intriguing blend of flavours! Unlikely sounding, but delicious! Cooking time includes chilling time. If you want to freeze them, freeze uncooked seperately the filling and pastry. When defrosting, you don't need to defrost the filling, but definitely defrost the pastry or you won't be able to fold it! You might like to have it already cut in circles before freezing for convenience. You might need to bake a little longer - I didn't, but I have a fan-forced oven.

    Recipe #139147

Great snacks or kids party food. These don't contain any pork/pig. Called so because anyone who eats them wants more like pigs at the trough! LOL Can easily be frozen for later! If frozen, you may want to reheat a little longer, or make heaps, and freeze for a quick snack!

    Recipe #140014

A great make a head appetizer.

    Recipe #139332

These freeze really well and I remember as a teenager coming home from late shift at work and heating these up as a late night snack. We always used Maggi onion soup mix. I haven't allowed for extra cheese for sprinkling on top in ingredient list. You can take the crusts off the bread if you wish, we never did.

    Recipe #138416

This recipe is wonderful on crisp crackers. It would make a nice cheese ball or party spread as it makes a lot.
