This is out of a really old Weight Watchers Magazine. Most baked beans use dried beans but this uses canned beans. It saves you hours of cooking time. This is so weird... it says it doesn't include the beans but if you look at the details it does...the recipe in the magazine shows 148 cal, Pro 7.2g, fat 0.6, Carbs 30g, Fib 3.5g
This is a very good recipe, served with kim chee and rice!
Times do not include marinating time. I mix it together before work, it seems to be plenty of time. I usually serve it with rice or use it to make an 'Oriental' salad.
I have to put this recipe somewhere before it gets thrown away!! It was in the paper as a "Quick Meal". I just love tilapia!! Feel free to add more garlic or ginger to this sauce....the more the merrier, right?
From Weight Watchers "Everyone Loves Chicken" cookbook. It is 5 pts. per serving (1 chicken thigh). Tip: For added flavor, prick chicken all over with the tip of a sharp knife and marinate for 24 hours.
This is my very own creation, I whipped this up one day quite by accident. I call this Joshua's favorite Tilapia, because my husband (like me) could eat this 7 nights a week if we could. This is the easiest way to cook Tilapia, and if you are watching those calories then you need not worry this is extremely low fat, oh and did I mention TO DIE FOR !!! This recipe is SIMPLE with FEW ingredients, but has the potential to add what ever you want. I like it AS IS !
Tired of using ground beef the same old way? Try this spicy dish! Feel free to double the sauce if you like it really saucy! Update: the hoisin sauce is quite sweet, so you might start off with just a little and work your way up!
This is a recipe from Weight Watchers. It's great in the summer and can be made up very quickly. The refreshing taste of the mexican flavors with the cilantro and lime will really excite your taste buds.
