This is for serious garlic lovers. The chicken bakes out so moist and tender! Grated cheese may be sprinkled on top of the breast the last 5 minutes of cooking if desired but that is optional. Double all ingredients for more than four breasts and adjust the amount of garlic to suit taste. For the coating amount you might be able to get away with 5 or maybe 6 very small chicken breasts, but I would suggest to increase the amount slightly --- to take this dish to yet another level, about 10 minutes before the cooking time is finished, drizzle the top of the chicken with a little pasta sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven for about 10 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked and sauce is hot and cheese has melted. For a lemon-garlic flavor add in 3 tablespoons lemon juice to the melted butter/garlic mixture --- *NOTE* for a healthier alternative Smart Balance Butter Blend may be used in place of the melted butter --- you will love this chicken! I got this recipe from by grmil who was born and raised in Mexico City. The secret to its flavor is the cocoa

My version of thanksgiving or any time of year--I could eat turkey all year long.

    Recipe #14484

This is SO easy and yummy! And best of all only uses 1 pan. I came up with this recipe when we were low on groceries and low on money. Just using stuff on hand in the cupboard and fridge I came up with something everyone loves. My husband likes to put this inside a tortilla and roll it up with sour cream.

I can't remember where I got this, but it's the easiest, yet most delicious dinner you'll make.

    Recipe #32215

Oh so good!!! For anyone who doesn't like black olives, like me, this dip may just change your opinion about that topic. I had one bite of this dip, then another and so on......my co-worker made this on New Year's eve and was kind enough to pass it on. I love the basic "spinach dip" served in a bread bowl and this recipe is a refreshing change. Great party dip, anytime of the year! Cook time includes 6 hours chilling.

    Recipe #81313

A very tasty and easy dinner in less than an hour. I found this in a Southern Living cookbook and thought it was worth passing on. I served this with Uncle Ben's Garlic and Butter rice and a vegetable.

    Recipe #75207

This is too simple, but so good that I had to post. Very quick and makes a great side dish to anything; we especially like this served aside ham or fish.

    Recipe #64252

Here is one for the chocolate/peanut butter lover, old or young. I say old first; this was served as the dessert on our lunch tray, 1st grade through 12th grade, usually on "Pizza Friday." And one would not think twice by propositioning a trade of their rectangle slice of frozen pizza for your peanut butter square. (This is where that term you learned in social studies class, "bartering", came into good use!) Can be served for up to 12-24 servings; 24 small servings or 12 nice big servings, like the ones served in the cafeteria at Whitehall School District, Pennsylvania. To this day, they are still served! (Prep/cook time does not include chill time).

    Recipe #53056

The sauce on these is very rich and full of flavor. Everyone's favorite!

    Recipe #25438

    Melt in your mouth delicious.

    Recipe #71340

Another recipe compliments of my retirement community family. Really delicious easy rich and creamy Easter eggs. I am not sure how many eggs this recipe makes.

    Recipe #87493

Great side dish for your Mexican fiesta. Try with Recipe #17130! It is as good as you'll find in any Mexican restaurant. Update: 1 teaspoon cumin was added to original recipe. I took some of my reviewers suggestion and added 1 teaspoon of cumin to the recipe. They were right. Cumin definitely adds to the taste.

These cookies are so great! I love to make them for holidays and decorate with my friends and family. Try with my "Royal Icing" recipe.

    Recipe #55335

These Enchiladas are over the top! I was hungry for Mexican food and couldn't decide if I wanted beef, rice, or beans so I concoted this recipe and we loved it. My DH absolutely devours them! They are VERY rich and filling though. *Note these are not a very wet Enchilada. If you prefer more sauce you could add some Enchilada sauce.

    Recipe #70442

A local restaurant serves these and the waitress offered the recipe! I have made these at home several times and they are DH's favorite way to eat portabellas. Amounts are not given as everything depends on your taste and how many mushrooms that you have to serve.
