This is a recipe that I have used in many different variations over the years. Stir-frying is an art and is sooo fun! You can vary your vegetables any way you like, and you can even use a frozen bag if you wish. I have listed the veggies that we use and love. Make sure you trim all the fatty parts and fatty veins out of your chicken. Serve this with cooked white or fried rice.
These burgers are a great alternative to beef, are super easy to throw together, and freeze extremely well! I make 2 batches at a time and freeze them for quick lunches/dinners. Convenient tip: Arnold Sandwich Thins also come 8 in a pack and can be frozen, so you'll have just enough for your burgers!
Very easy, throw it together at the last minute, type of recipe. If you don't like hot dogs, you can use frozen meatballs. My family all really enjoy it and there are never any left-overs. I don't recall where the recipe came from, I've been making it for over 25 years.
Buffalo chicken meets mac-n-cheese. How can you possibly go wrong? I threw this together for the end-of-the-year potluck lunch at the high school where I teach, and it went over really well.
Addendum: Like the first two reviewers, I also used Ken's. Worked great! However, I have to disagree with one reviewer about the celery. I've made this with and without the celery, and its inclusion really makes a world of difference in terms of texture.
Be it vegan, turkey, beef, pork, sausage links give it a try.
For those that don't like the Chard dogs with grill marks.
Or you can pre simmer them and then grill them. I myself like grilled but my Dad prefers boiled dogs so I'm posting for him a kicked up version using beer in place of water.
I don't remember where I got this recipe but I make the patties ahead and freeze them. They can be cooked frozen on the grill. Serve on crusty rolls with your favorite condiments. Can also use ground turkey but not even close to as tasty as the chicken. No other seasoning is needed other than the ranch dressing mix.
i always loved sloppy joes on hot dogs anyways so i tried it this way & loved it! i sometimes make this a little more spicy by replacing the chili powder with cayenne. i also sometimes add some dry mustard for a little different taste.
I found this recipe several years ago in a magazine alongside an ad for either soup or noodles. It sounded good, I tried it, my kids LOVED it and now I cook it for dinner about every other week. It's super-fast and very yummy!
