    This crunchy side s a very healthy. Making a large amount. With the leftovers you can cook up some pasta add some broth and or olive oil and toss the leftovers in. Kick it up with pepper flakes. And you have a main meal for the next day. A 1/2 cup cooked snap peas: Calories: 34 Dietary Fiber: 1.4 grams Protein: 2.6 grams Carbohydrates: 5.6 grams Vitamin C: 38.3 mg Iron: 1.6 mg Potassium: 192 mg Magnesium: 21 mg Chinese medicine uses pine nuts to improve gastrointestinal tract and digestive functions, pine nut oil is even used for appetite suppression. Pine nuts and other nuts are a tasty part of a well-balanced diet intended for weight loss.

For frosting: start with 1/2 c of confectioners sugar but you may need to add more - this will depend on how much water has drained from your yogurt and how stiff it is. You can adjust accordingly. This will not be the sickeningly sweet frosting you normally expect from a conventional birthday cake or cupcake.

    I made these as an Appetizers but you can leave them whole as a wrap for lunch. They are filled with a couple of different things as you can see in the uploaded pictures giving you a variety of appetizers. Now this is a recipe that you can play with. Try leftover roast beef or turkey breast, sprouts, shredded carrot, cucumber slices.... You can use any spreads of choice like garlic herbed butter, Mustard...Then watch everyone try one then go for on other trying to figure out what's inside each one. These are great for a picnic or to take to school or work just wrap the rolled wrap whole in plastic wrap.

    I'm not a huge participant in the low-no carb dieting. However, I am always concerned with my calorie intake. I find the easiest way to cut calories, is to cut out unneccessary carbs. One day, I decided to throw out the tortilla and try wrapping my meal in a lettuce leaf.     Yes, I know that it sounds vile, but try it--it really is quite yummy. Everybody that I have made try it agrees with me! For all of you non-Brits out there..Branston Pickle is a combination of various vegetables in very small chunks pickled in a sweet brown sauce,usually served with salads, cold meats or in sandwiches. It's typically English, but is definitely available here in Australia, so may well be in the U.S. If you ever see it, I recommend you try it, it's good stuff!!
