    A friend gave me this recipe years ago. I'm not sure where it orginally came from. The Australian rissole is generally made from minced meat and pan fried, without a pastry covering, but sometimes with breadcrumbs. This recipe is suitable to freeze and for OAMC. Thanks to Tish I have added the directions.

    I got this out of a Fat-Free cookbook, Fat Free Living, along time ago, and I still make them every now and then. This is a good appetizer recipe. These are like a sweet and sour meatball. Very tasty, and no one will know they are lowfat if you don't tell them. Shhhhhh!

    These burgers are just delicious! The ingredients make for a burger that needs little topping - keep the ketchup and mustard in your refrigerator! And please don't skip the barbecue sauce. It sounds a little odd, but it adds just the right flavor to finish off these great burgers. I'd recommend topping with lettuce, tomato and a little mayo.

    These are lucious little loaves cooked in a muffin tin. You can chop the scallions, cilantro, lemongrass and garlic together in a food processor to save time. This recipe needs no salt or pepper. You can buy Thai Peanut Sauce already made, but I've included a recipe in case you like making your own. Judge the hot pepper by your own tastes.

    These take a little work but tastier then store bought and healthier aswell. I make a bunch of these and parcook and freeze. Parcook for5 to 6 minutes just so the dough set up. Remove from oven and cool, wrap well and freeze. To reheat, if you defrost they go mushy ..go from freezer to cookie sheet and cook at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes. All ovens are different so check them often till you get the timing right.

    Another sneaky way to sneak veggies into a picky eater's diet. I use this stuff in place of ground beef wherever I can. Use it in meatballs, meatloaf, taco meat, chili, lasagna, sloppy joes, you name it! The "mystery" hasn't been solved yet! (Note: I use my juicer for this recipe, but I have used a food processor with almost-as-good results.)
