My sister's favorite dish... she's a sucker for savory Asian food.

    Recipe #181686

I use chicken thighs because that is what my family likes but you can use whatever chicken pieces you want. I always cook large amounts for leftovers or for OAMC but you can cut the recipe in half for a smaller serving amount. Enjoy!

    Recipe #187350

This is a perfect low fat meal.

This looks so scrumptious and sweet, I can't wait to try it. It's from the Jan/Feb issue of Taste of Home's Quick Cooking magazine, and it's supposed to be very kid-friendly!

    Recipe #81712

This is fabulous and so easy! I don't even care for soy sauce that much, but this was wonderfully tender and sweet and spicy. You can use whole chicken legs instead of breasts if you prefer. This is a recipe from The Asian Grill that I modified quite a bit.

    Recipe #163735

My family really likes these. Sometimes I will triple the recipe and put away lots of them in the freezer for quick meals later. You can vary the ingredients using different cheese or ground beef, etc. It makes about 8-10 chimichangas.

    Recipe #53484

This is from my Eat Well, Stay Well cookbook. Easily doubled and put in the freezer for make-ahead cooking. Don’t let the long list of spices scare you. It is easy to make! Serve with cous cous.

    Recipe #184497

got this recipe from a magazine years ago. It's really very easy & fast!! & kids usually love it. Even my husband, who is very picky likes this one.

Another Once a month meal that's sure to please. My little girl likes these because they pick up easily in her hands! *I revised this recipe based on several folks pointing out that I had made a mistake on the amount of cream cheese. Thank you so much for the input!

    Recipe #50767

This recipe is great when you find whole chickens on sale. I will often double this recipe (making 2 chickens) and freeze the meat for future dishes or chicken salad.

Very tasty, you can make it as hot or as mild as you want. Quick easy dish - no muss no fuss

    Recipe #33105

My personal favourite recipe for barbecued chicken. I often serve chicken done this way with the rice from my Pork Chop Casserole (Recipe#174464). This recipe is enough to marinate 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts. (Cooking time is marinating and bbq-ing time)

    Recipe #185719

My daughter and I came up with this recipe today. Prep time is approx. And the yield is approx also.

    Recipe #99596

Got this recipe from my weight watchers news letter. The points value is 9. Cut the cooking time by buying pre-cooked chicken.

    Recipe #146859

This is from a nice site called Baby Center. This is a delicious dish that the whole family will love, even the kids!

    Recipe #163705

A great way to use up leftovers for lunch the next day. Adapted from Company's Coming School Days Lunches
