    I have a good friend who fixes these for church potluck dinners. He gets up early to make a large pan and he never has any leftover. So easy and cheap! I toss everything in a ziploc bag the night before, and they will fall apart when cooked. These can be placed in a ziploc bag with the dressing marinade and frozen, then simply defrost overnight in the refrigerator and cook as usual.

    I got this recipe from a cookbook and loved it so much I wanted to share it. This is perfect alone or served in a chicken salad. Because there are only the two of us, I divide the recipe into four freezer bags with 2 chicken breast halves in each bag.

    This is my new favourite pizza! I will often make a double batch of the chicken/BBQ sauce mixture and freeze it. I usually caramelize the onions by frying them until soft with 1 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp of brown sugar. This makes the pizza very sweet but I like it that way;)

    I don't know where I go this recipe, but it has a very interesting mix of flavors that come together for great chicken. I usually double the the marinade and set half aside before I marinate the chicken. I cook the marinade I set aside at a low boil until reduced and has a syrupy consistency, stirring often. Baste chicken while it is grilling three or four times. I did not include marinating time in the prep time.

    I like this recipe because it uses already prepared ingredients found in your produce department with the packaged salad greens. Great egg rolls without all the work for those after work meals. (of which I need often) Leave the chicken out for vegetarian egg rolls or substitute shrimp for seafood eggrolls. Keep the oil hot and fry quickly to keep egg rolls from becoming greasy. They only need to brown and crisp, not cook. Frying only 3 or 4 at a time while rolling the others will make it easier to keep track of both the rolling and frying at the same time (unless you have a helper in your kitchen to do one or the other). Serve with my easy sweet and sour dipping sauce (recipe #112947) for a real taste treat. Since preparation (rolling) and cook time can be done at the same time, times are approximate.     Mmmmmmmmm, really delish and a comfort food for dh and I. Easy to prepare, not much time involved. My dh showed me this in our state daily newspaper and said he'd like for me to try it. I did and fix it alot now. I serve it with warm flour tortilla's w/butter and sometimes warmed nacho chips and salsa. It's very filling and if we don't want it the next day, I have frozen it with success. Also, I have used a can of green chilis instead of the adobo seasoning and think you could spice it as hot as you want with jalepenos. We just don't do hot or really spicy. Also, the last time I only had cheddar cheese and it turned out fine, but it is better with the monterey jack/cheddar blend. Thanks for trying one of our favorite dinners!

    I got this from a OAMC website. My family loves it and you can use any kind of jam or preserves. Blackberry, raspberry, peach, basically whatever you like. This works well with the fruit only preserves also. This is good served with noodles or rice to soak up the sauce.
