This is the Marlboro chili cookoff winning recipe! Adjust the heat to taste.

This is a sinfully sweet and rich cake! It's a little time-consuming, but so worth it. Prep time is an estimate.

    Recipe #65850

So named because I won a blue ribbon at the county fair with this recipe. I use recipe #13619 for the double pie crust. However, I especially love it with Recipe #109287. Prep time depends on if you are peeling & slicing the apples by hand or not.

This quick and easy chili got 3rd place in our Harvest Festival chili cook off. The longer it cooks, the better. Try putting it in the crockpot in the morning. Serve over hot cornbread if desired.

    Recipe #145693

A great crowd pleasing meal for anytime of the year but especially nice when it's cold and blowing outside. I like mine served over cooked speghetti pasta and topped with cheese or just in a bowl with some cheese and crackers. Like many others, I do like beans in my chili. I won $50 with this recipe in a contest in Colorado. Never ever add tomatoes to uncooked dry beans. They will not soften due to the acid in the tomatoes. They must be added AFTER the beans are done cooking.

    Recipe #70055

Guess where that is from. Yep the local fair. The local contest. The champion pie in the pie divison. Posted in both the local papers.

    Recipe #139866

After my five roommates and I have this for dinner I am still left with about 30 to 40 individual servings in the freezer. This chili freezes perfectly. I make this up once every 6 months and the last bag tastes just as good as the day I made it! Before sharing this recipe I had to think long and hard because it truly is my most prized and coveted recipe. It took me years of playing around and it's just near perfect. If you win at the county fair all I ask for is honorable mention, a picture of the ribbon, a postcard from your town, and maybe your favorite pie recipe! Be sure to load it up with cheddar, sour cream, bread and nacho chips!! Also great for chili dogs!! ***Response to Reviews: I understand some people want the taste of cumin in their chili - I don't like cumin & think it has no place in chili - not in my chili anyway. As to the "no chili" flavour review, I completely understand if it is the cumin you are missing. Maybe you should have considered that before trying this recipe then writing a bad review of it. If you followed the recipe & used the peppers you would find it to be packed with flavour & a moderate heat. Happy many have enjoyed this cumin-free recipe. :)

This is an award winning (Best In Show) recipe that a friend of mine won with. It's super yummy!!

This one is from CHILI PEPPER magazine. Red Caldwell has been winning cooking, grilling, and barbecueing compititions for the last 15 years. These are the ABSOLUTE BEST TEX-MEX BEANS ever.

    Recipe #81034

My mom won a blue ribbon at a cooking contest for this casserole back when I was a little girl. It was a regular at our house and each time we had it, she told us again about her blue ribbon. It definitely tasted like a winner. (Mama added juice from one can of tuna to casserole and drained the other down the sink.)

    Recipe #197103

I got this recipe from a well known Vancouver barbecue chef/author/firefighter, David Veljacic. He has won many awards for this recipe....try it and you will see why!!

I got this one from the McCormick website, it's a very easy and delicious recipe.

    Recipe #13986

John Willingham's World Champion BBQ Rub Winner of the Memphis in May BBQ Cook off for several years in a row. This is a good general rub for BBQ ribs and for Boston Butts and pork shoulder.

    Recipe #190947

My family has used this recipe for years, it has even won First Prize at our local fair, many times. I hated to post this but I could not find another like it. I use Recipe #148727 for the filling, every holiday :) Note: I just tried this crust with Chicken Pot Pie and ummmm just the best This will make 3 each 8" crust or 2 ea 9" crusts. When I take the time to make crust, I make extra, I roll it out between 2 sheets of wax paper and place in the large tupperware (about 2" high) flat bowl and place in freezer...then when I want to make a pie, I can do so in a hurry!

    Recipe #174625

Betty Ann Richmond of Oklahoma City's award-winning custard base vanilla ice cream. (Cook time is chill time.)
