    This is the best dressing ever. My mom got the recipe somewhere, and then adjusted it a bit, so she gets credit for it. Quick and delicious. The better quality the vinegars the better the dressing. I like to use a latte frother to mix the dressing. If you use the garlic make sure it is very fresh or it gets a little bitter in the dressing, it is optional. Enjoy!!

    Spinach, apples, red onion & pecans in a sweet-tart dressing. To make this salad extra special, I like to glaze the pecans by stirring them with 1 tablespoon sugar in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar melts. Pour them out on waxed paper and separate with your spoon while still warm. If you do this, you don't need to toast the pecans. It takes about 5 minutes or so for the sugar to melt.

    A tangy dressing that you only need to use a tiny bit of because it's richly flavored. It's fat free and wonderful! If you must, then you can drizzle a little olive oil into your salad after tossing it with this dressing but, honestly, it doesn't need it to make a delicious salad!     I make this quite often for BBQ parties and everyone loves it! plan ahead, this salad must be prepared a day ahead and left in the fridge overnight to blend the flavors, it will take on a completely different flavor --- I have even added in lightly blanched broccoli and/or cauliflower florets to the veggies, feel free to add in whatever you want to --- remember to add in the white sugar to suit taste if you prefer a sweeter coleslaw adjust the sugar amount, I have added up to about 1 cup, taste the dressing before adding to the salad if you think it needs more sugar then add it into the dressing before mixing into the slaw just make certain to whisk very well so that the sugar is mixed in completely.
