Picked this recipe up at the check out stand. It makes a quick and easy lunch.

    Recipe #398255

This is from Bobby Flay and Hellman's. Added missing ingredients and instructions.

    Recipe #376464

After becoming a vegetarian, I missed certain sandwiches that I used to make on a regular basis. In an effort to substitute, I came up with this faux chicken salad-esque spread that is delicious on whole grain bread or in a pita pocket! It is an easy go-to because I usually have everything in my pantry. Substitute any ingredients that you might use in your chicken or tuna salad!

    Recipe #376391

I copied this recipe from a magazine (can't remember which one :( ) and it is light and tasty!

    Recipe #348039

Just a really simple recipe for chicken salad. No fuss, nothing fancy, just yummy. Did not include the time for cooking the chicken.

    Recipe #331090

This is a great sandwich to have for a light lunch , even kids will like it. I found this in a Canadian living mag. last year and just found the recipe again in a box of papers. Hope that you enjoy it as much as I did.

Epicurious, Tracey Seaman, June/07. These slender, snack sized sandwiches, will get appetites going, especially out in the fresh air. We enjoyed these thoroughly! They are great!

Taken in a book from Marie-Josée Taillefer in Quebec

    Recipe #249492

Not what you think: no fake bacon in this one!! Even the biggest meat-eaters go for this one. Seriously very very good!!

From R. Reisman. Can't wait to try it!

    Recipe #219563

Fiddling around in the kitchen, I was looking for a protein rich snack prior to working out. This sandwich was the result and seemed worth posting. If you think it sounds strange consider the delicious and popular appetizer of baked brie in puff pastry and dried fruit. This is a deconstructed and reconstructed version for one. My version used reduced fat ingredients, but you can use the full fat versions if you like.

    Recipe #213885

I can never get enough! Maxine and Linda inspired me to write this recipe. Although it is not exactly how they make it, it is close. They prefer Miracle Whip, and don't add the onions. I used this to stuff the small puff pastries (Recipe #186307) to make hors d'oeuvres. I dice and chop finely for the hors d'oeuvres, and coarsely for sandwiches or salad.

Also known as Tuscan Portobello Melt. This winning recipe (combined with Recipe #193721) was Betty Fraser's entry for the Top Chef episode where the competitors had to present a "comfort food". The soup and sandwich combo will become a featured item on TGI Friday's menu. The judges raved about then and I know why. Delicious!

    Recipe #193692

My family loves grilled cheese so when they asked for it I wanted to try something new. This was the best grilled cheese, nice crunchy bread with melted cheese. I had to post this so I wouldn't forget it. Family loved it served with homemade milkshakes and fries. This is a great way to make a bunch at one time and the clean-up was nothing. ;)

    Recipe #192896

This is my own recipe. It is, as the name states, especially tasty,if I do say so myself!! The secret ingredient is Sriracha chili sauce. The chili sauce doesn't make the sandwich spicy at all, just adds flavor! When I make it for people, they say, "MMMMM!! What did you put in here!!??"
