I received this recipe from my aunt. This is very good served over rice.

    Recipe #20447

I found this recipe a few years ago on allrecipes. It has become a family favorite. Tastes great and is so simple to prepare. Enjoy!

Simple and fun to make, great to eat! Prep time includes marinating the chicken. Use matzoh meal instead of the breadcrumbs and this is good for Passover as well.

    Recipe #27733

This recipe appeared in the Chicago Tribune on 4/17/02. The dish has turned out to be extremely popular but be advised that it's very spicy when the recipe proportions are adhered to. Unless you want a super-hot dish, I recommend cutting back on the ground red pepper in the marinade. It may also be a good idea to remove the seeds and veins from the jalapeño chile in the sauce.

Here is a dish I am famous for both with my friends in Japan and Canada. It was given to me by an aunt in Japan and I wanted to share her recipe with the rest of the world..lol.

    Recipe #119221

This easy but elegant entree first appeared in "Quick Cooking" magazine. Someone posted this at the Somersize website, which is where I found it. I usually have this over a bed of fried spinach or zucchini ribbons.

This is a very delicious salad. I make it quite often. It's one of our favorites! Prep time is the time it takes to roast the chicken breasts. Time does not reflect chill time.

    Recipe #76390

This is very popular in Japan, and very popular with my children. It's also a favorite dish in the restaurant where I work. The Japanese are quite happy to eat this at room temperature too. Prep time includes marinating time.

This was recommended to me by my boss and we love it. I normally make 2 so we have leftovers.

For Shae, who discovered this on a Chinese buffet. I had found this on a buffet also. It is a great little dish, with a little bite of pepper that is quite addictive!

This healthy meal is very flavorful quick and easy. Chicken stuffed with fresh basil, pine nuts, sun dried tomatoes with a syrupy balsamic sauce.

Had a lot of daikon in the fridge and I wanted to try something different. Came across this recipe some time ago and loved it.

    Recipe #133124

I have not tried this recipe but I am going to very soon. It sounded so delicious that I had to share it. This recipe does not include marinating time.

    Recipe #66720

This is a Tyler Florence recipe. I tweaked it just a bit, and the results were heavenly. EASY EASY EASY! Tastes fancy!

    Recipe #158293

Easier and a lighter version of traditional Schnitzel. Credited to Maureen Clancy in Cooking Light magazine.

    Recipe #134152

Fast and easy, and delicious, with the flavors of jalapeno jelly, Dijon mustard and honey. Do try to use the RED jalapeno jelly, however; the green-colored one looks much less appetizing (though it still tastes fine)!

    Recipe #81429

A friend of mine made this at last year's 4th of July celebration, and after much begging and groveling, shared this super-easy, fun, and VERY yummy recipe, which you can easily double or triple for a big crowd! The cold left-overs (if any) the next day are FABULOUS! TRY THIS WITH CHICKEN!! Grill 4 Chx breasts 4-5 min ea side, then finish in 350 degree oven in covered pan with butter & olive oil for +/-20 min. OH! MAGNIFICENT (great sandwiches w/tomato, cream cheese, and avocado).

    Recipe #125897

This recipe originally won first prize ($1 Million) in a national cook-off of some sort (I think Pillsbury) several years ago. I can see why - it is a wonderful combination of flavours. The recipe is quite easy to make and is very economical. I have also substituted the chicken thighs for boneless, skinless breasts and it works just fine. The thighs are definitely better though as they are more moist. Do try this - you'll love it.

A very quick and flavorful dish. The recipe was shared on another cooking website and has been a hit in our family.
