    I had this at a friend's house and had to have the recipe. I think it's perfect for the holidays. Easy and yummy, what could be better? Cooking time is refrigeration time. *NOTE: Last time I made this, there was a lot of extra liquid in the strawberries and I ended up having to make another package of Jello with just a small amount of water and add it into the first batch and spread the yogurt on top. Just thought you should know.

    This feather-light chiffon pie has the subtle but distinct flavor of watermelon; as well it should, since there are nearly three cups of watermelon juice in the filling. That juice is thickened with gelatin, and then blended with whipped cream and beaten egg whites to give the filling that airy chiffon texture we all love. It looks cool garnished with watermelon balls, but don’t garnish until the last moment to prevent juice buildup on the plates. This recipe is best made at the height of watermelon season.     This is the perfect side dish on a chilly Autumn evening. The apples give it just the right amount of sweetness, and it smells heavenly cooking. I actually cooked this in a smaller oval casserole dish and used 2 sweet potatoes and 3 apples, so obviously the amounts are very flexible. Just reduce the other ingredients and make sure you use enough OJ so that it covers about 2/3 of the sweet potatoes and apples. Yum! I got this wonderful recipe from my friend Shell Marr.
