I made these every year when my kids were small. This year, my daughter resurrected the recipe for our holiday cookie trays. This recipe brings back lots of memories for us.

    Recipe #153446

I participated in a cookbooklet swap a few months ago and found a few books I did not remember I had. This recipe is from the Betty Crocker Bisquick cookbooklet and I believe it could be from October 1998. Cranberries are a favorite of mine and always on the lookout for good recipes.

    Recipe #116888

this is a delicious chicken recipe that can be prepped the night before or in the morning before you go to work..easy to pop in the oven while tossing a salad and your evening meal is ready...we love it! Have made this with just chicken breasts...

    Recipe #129284

These stuffing balls are always on my holiday menu, but they're great anytime. They save time and stress and can be frozen for later use.

    Recipe #143639

You can make a pot roast using this same recipe. This is delicious!

    Recipe #148472

This sauce can be served warm or cool over desserts, ice cream, crepes or whatever you like.

    Recipe #183536

From "The Joy Of Cookies" by Sharon Tyler Herbst. This recipe uses cranberry sauce instead of fresh, frozen, or dried cranberries, which I happen to think is pretty nice. And it even has orange marmalade, too. I'd really like to try this around Thanksgiving. Passive time includes the cooling period for the base. Prep time is a guess. ***Due to suggestions from 2 reviewers, I have changed the recipe to reserve only 1 c of crumb mixture for the topping (it previously asked for 1 1/2 c crumb mixture).***

    Recipe #189599

My mother found this recipe in Light & Tasty (Oct/Nov 2003) and changed a few ingredients to suit her. It's beome one of our family's favorites.

    Recipe #189715

An excellent way to use up that last cup of leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving or Christmas.

    Recipe #197664

This is the best gosh darn soup! MIL makes it every year and I finagled the recipe from her..I know it sounds weird but its heavenly. She got the recipe out of a store flyer.

    Recipe #197805

I've been making these bars since I was a kid. I used to bake and sell cookies and cakes for Thanksgiving and Christmas every year from about 9 years old until I was well into my teens. Everyone loved these.

Herbed Turkey Meatballs with Cranberry-Horseradish Glaze. I made these for a Fall party. These are easy to make ahead for company and then heat n serve

    Recipe #263868

This is the best (and most delicious!)way to use up those holiday leftovers. What can be better than a cold turkey sandwich with cracked pepper & mayo??...how about a hot turkey sandwich with all the flavors melded together!!

    Recipe #266990

We have this pudding always as a dessert at Christmas...not because I like it so much but because my husband is English. There is always pudding left and this dessert I do like! It also works well with fruit cake and if you don't want to use alcohol... substitute with orange juice

    Recipe #147731

A Turducken is a de-boned turkey stuffed with a de-boned duck, which itself is stuffed with a small de-boned chicken. The name is a portmanteau of those ingredients, turkey, duck, and chicken. The birds can be deboned the day before to save some time since this recipe requires a long slow cook time.

Allow 12 - 18 hours for the turkey to marinate in the brine. It's worth the wait as this process always assures a moist, flavorful turkey.

    Recipe #13961

This is a favorite recipe from my mother. We have been using it for years. Our family loves it.
