From the Daily Mail. This just looks so delicious and I have to keep this recipe.

    Recipe #189080

A simple cookie that can be frozen and cooked when needed

    Recipe #199572

Another recipe courtesy of Land O Lakes. Who can resist chocolate, toffee and pecans all in one cookie!! Can substitute with any type of nut or omit them if that is your preference. You can also substitute 1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) milk chocolate English toffee bits and 3 cups milk chocolate chips in place of the candy bars.

    Recipe #403329

...from THE REALLY GOOD FOOD COOK BOOK. You won't believe how wonderful this mousse is! You can serve it at the most elegant dinner parties or at family dinners and, I promise you, it will be all gone.

    Recipe #8995

This is my adopted recipe. I haven't made this yet.

    Recipe #8393

I have always loved this recipe. You can stir in nuts or chocolate chips if you want, though I love the pure, simple, maple flavor as is. Now I have made it gluten-free, and it is still amazing (no one knows). Can substitute two cups of any gluten-free flour for the mixture of three flours I have here.

    Recipe #237742

Yummy, nobody-knows-they're-gluten-free cookies! Always a hit! Can use 2 1/4 cups of any other gluten-free flour instead of the cornstarch, tapioca flour, and rice flour if desired.

    Recipe #246215

Strawberries were on sale so I bought a bunch and have been trying lots of different ways to make them. The kids weren't sure what to make of these but in the end they enjoyed them. I actually couldn't get a picture of them because my 4 year old took the container out of the fridge (and knocked them about!) before I got a photo.

This is best with a firm apple. Easier than pie since you just press the crust into the pan.

A Swedish spice cookie. Commonly cut into animal shapes. These are zesty and crisp.

Recently I was given a box of old cookbooks and cooking magazines. (yea!) This yummy and impressive looking recipe comes from one of those-Family Circle Great Desserts. Chill time is 3 hours.

I'm always looking for great rhubarb recipes-this is one of them. I love how warm and sweet this is! You can use fresh or frozen rhubarb.

A lot like the girl scout's oatmeal peanut butter cookies. These are great!

This is my husband's absolute favorite dessert! These brownies are topped with 3 fluffy layers of cheesecake, pudding and cool whip, and it goes together quicker than most. This will fill a 9x13 pan to the top, but that size pan makes good thick layers so I use it anyway. The recipe is adapted from TOH Quick Cooking.

Absolutely the best way to use zucchini! Moist and fudgy, worth the calories. My mother in law will do almost anything for me if I make her these! From Taste of Home.

This cake is locally famous and so good! I always frost it with my Eva Rae's cream cheese frosting recipe #119543.

    Recipe #119544

This recipe was given to me by a family member of my DH I think, and was published in the Elk Ladies of "518" Nevada City, CA volumn III cookbook some eons ago. I make these especially at Christmastime, but not only for that time of the year, as my grandchildren ask for them as much as their mothers do whenever they come to visit. I have the kids unwrap the kisses, their favorite part about making these in the first place. Part of the preparation time is chill time, and I don't include unwrapping the kisses cuz the kids do that...lol. *** Just a bit of a warning due to some consternation of the part of people who have tried to make perfect little round balls from this recipe...these cookies do flatten out. If anyone gets them to make little perfect round balls please let us know how you did it.***

    Recipe #168847

    From Aunt Darlene and Grandma.

    Recipe #416842

This recipe was given to me by Judy B. Pruden many years ago. I have always enjoyed it; it is rich and chocolatey!

    Recipe #357944

Posted in response to a request, I got this recipe from a lady at church who make them for Bible School in the 1980s. I had made chocolate no-bake cookies for YEARS but had never heard of peanut butter no bake cookies. So delicious that my choco-holic daughter likes them better than the chocolate variety! No. of servings depends on how big you make the cookies. Prep time depends on how fast you are scooping the cookies onto the wax paper covered newspaper! (You get better w/ practice! :D )
