I have not tried these bundles. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe in Taste Of Home Quick Cooking 2006.

    Recipe #354568

This is a wonderful alternative to the standard chicken sandwich. It is from the April 1999 issue of Bon Appetit.

Now that ground spices are readily available and vegetables can be quickly chopped in a food processor, preparing traditional Mexican dishes is easier than ever. Fresh and lively, like a cooked ceviche.

    Recipe #303905

This creamy rice dish is a nice addition to a spicy meal. In reply to a question ask, this can be made the day before up to the point before baking. Just cover snugly with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to bake.

    Recipe #225229

Satisfy your craving for something different tonight. It's good and fairly easy. This is stuff I usually have on hand too.

Declicious strifry with a little bite. Nice served over brown rice or with tomato rice on the side.

    Recipe #341481

Very easy, tasty, cheap and SO healthy! Just toss the ingredients in your crock pot in the morning and come home to dinner. All ingredients can be kept on hand for easy dinner any night of the week. I originally got this recipe from flylady.com . It's since become a staple at our house! I've shared the recipe with friends, and they love it. Apparently the men say its "Man food, very meaty & hearty!" Haha! My sis-in-law even served it to us when she invited us to dinner!

    Recipe #294644

I adapted this recipe from a single-serving lunch dish into a great, healthy family meal with a kick. This one is sure to become a favorite at your home just as it has become at mine.

    Recipe #321921

A little different..But oh so good!

    Recipe #289854

I found this recipe in a book my Grandmother gave me, compiled by Ladies Auxiliary of the Medina Lake Volunteer Fire Department, 1986. If you prefer a milder soup and not so spicy, add plain tomatoes not Rotel. The spice amounts are a guideline-adjust to your taste. This recipe is easy to make your own-consider adding kernel corn, bell pepper, celery, hominy, peas, carrots, squash or even cooked chorizo, ground beef, ham, or chicken. Also, try cheddar or monterrey jack cheese. Delicious served with cornbread-try Recipe #317966. Enjoy!

    Recipe #328519

Tomatillos - small spherical green fruits that are surrounded by paperlike husks - are the key to this spicy, sweet-tart salsa. From the Take-Out Menu Cookbook

    Recipe #318597

These big rice and chicken burritos are easy to make and sure to please!

    Recipe #169253

This is a nice cool dinner for summer.

    Recipe #317113

Just a basic salsa/garnish that can be used on any number of dishes; nachos, tacos, omelettes, potatos, etc. Adjust the jalapenos, chilis, and Tabasco to suit your own taste. I prefer this with a lot of cilantro - it adds a fresh tang that offsets the heat nicely. The prep time does not include letting it sit for a day to let the flavors blend.

    Recipe #32888

An easy salsa recipe using canned tomatoes. Great for making large batches!

    Recipe #159009

Tender diced pork with chipotle chiles, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini and Mexican Queso Fresco (a mild white cheese) make a wonderful "tinga" filling for these soft Tex-Mex-style tacos. Very easy recipe, and low-cal to boot! From Ladies Home Journal. Note: If you can't find Queso Fresco cheese, Monterey Jack or a mild feta will do.

    Recipe #112060

This was a hit at our teachers luncheon and I ended up buying the cookbook it's from: Better Homes and Garden Easy Everyday Vegetarian.
